Then "Stu" showed up from Hoscot . he spent almost a full afternoon withme got to understand what we wanted and had in the past , and what we needed a few days later he came back with a detailed plan and qoute with a complete building plan less plumbing or electrical . the price qouted ,was accepctable and quite reasonable considerihg all that was being done . Well they completed the building last week 10 27/11 about four to five weeks of construction. and the building is every thing i wanted, there was ABSOUTLEY NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT , THE BUILDING WAS PERFECT, THE WORKERS PROVIDED ON SITE WERE THE BEST OF THE BEST, ihad a lot of questions along the way and was always every question was answered and fully explained , on the spot !! I would reccomend HOSCOT to any one building . My Building Proudly wears a Hoscot sign at the peak !!!

He quoted my chimney repair as a 3-day job, but the project quickly became disorganized. Different workers showed up almost every day, they often arrived without the proper tools or materials, and work was repeatedly delayed. At one point, Bob even had to borrow a ladder from a neighbor, and he left concrete debris along the side of my yard. The most serious issue was that Bob caused significant damage to my home by stepping through the ceiling in my foster children's room. Instead of being upfront, he initially misrepresented where the damage was so I wouldn't notice. Since April 2026, he has repeatedly promised to repair the damage and "gave his word" multiple times, but he has failed to follow through. After weeks of missed appointments and excuses, he finally returned only to say he was overwhelmed and needed someone else to help fix the damage he caused. At this point, I simply want the ceiling repaired properly or a refund so I can hire someone else to fix the damage. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Bob's services. Bob, there is no need to lie about anything. Also, using your mother's account still is unprofessional. But since I am "lying" let me attach some proof you cannot deny as well as the message you sent in response to my yelp review, which wasn't very professional I may add. I am going to expose you for the professional you aren't. And this matter will be rectified.

The duplex townhouse we recently bought had a 34 year old roof and desperately needed replacement. Brian, the general manager, was our point of contact. What a sweetheart of a guy! Funny, personable, and *extremely* knowledgeable. He coordinated with our attached neighbor so both sides would be done at once and the roofline would look seamless. The pricing was well within expectations. When work started, his crew arrived promptly each morning and got straight to work. I must say, these guys work fast and hard. It's worth mentioning that they cleaned up their debris beautifully. The place was spotless when they finished. Brian has a good sense of cosmetics on the house and he wrapped the windowsills and replaced a rotted piece. You can see the difference immediately, in the pictures. It looks like a brand new home. We got compliments from our neighbors immediately. Brian went above and beyond our expectations. We are so blown away by him and the company we are looking forward to having them replace our interior doors, as well. I wish every company had this kind of integrity and quality.

As well, I was supposed to have samples brought over, and they weren't. I called and asked about it, and about the numbers, no response. I emailed, no response. I called again (a week later), and got him on the phone. He said he ran out of samples, even though he was supposedly bringing them over a week earlier. He said he'd leave them on his front porch if I wanted to pick them up. He started going off to me about not having time to discuss options with me. And, that since it's a small job I wasn't really too important. I hung up, since it was going nowhere and that's no way to earn my business. If you don't want my money and business, someone else will get it. If I want options to be within my budget, that's my prerogative as a consumer. If your math doesn't add up, I have the right to ask about it. If you don't want "small" jobs, don't quote them.

A part of the soffit was missed and then when done spray hit the clean windows leaving spots. When Andrew was called he promised twice to come back and no showed twice. After reaching out, an estimate was emailed to me within a day. I accepted the estimate then received a phone call promptly to schedule the job. Today, arrival was on time and service was friendly. The siding, soffits, gutters were pressure washed and cleaned until they looked almost like new (even though our house is twenty years old!). We will definitely use their services again and recommend them highly.

I was not climbing a ladder to clean gutters and the age of 72. He came over looked at what had to be done and we came to a price which was good for us. He did the job and also did some repairs that he had found once up on the ladder. Since that time, we sold out house to our daughter and her husband and moved back to our original home here in Saratoga Springs and we called Mark to do a power wash on our present home. I took the shutters off and he came and did the job plus he did a couple of other things while he was here that we asked him to do. He did everything and the house looks great! He's a local guy and he is good at what he does. No high pressure sales talk from him. Just honest work. He's a good man. It is now about a year later and I have called Brian over and over about a dip in the driveway (something we expected could happen) "just call and we'll take care of it". No on returns my calls. I even had friends call for a quote from him, they got the quote and when questioned, never any follow up. Not sure what happened to this man or company. If you are looking for follow up or any communication after the job, beware.
