Was very nice and sweet to the rest of the customers that were WHITE. As soon as it was our turn in line I said "Hi, how are you?" And she did not say 1 word until it was time for the total. What a shame. Not to mention everyone else in line noticed this treatment. Such a bad reputation for the store! He really is the master of shoes. Customer service is excellent & the employees only learn from the best since Dana has owned & operated several boot stores in his lifetime.
