We brought our brand-new camper home only to discover something was already broken. Despite purchasing the extended warranties and insurance, they've continuously brushed us off instead of addressing the issue. I would give them Negative Star if it was possible. Took my Camper in for Hail Damage in Oct of 2025, here it is Almost May of 2026 and still not done. The first Service Advisor and Tech had no clue what they were doing. Even after physically showing her the Damage I saw and giving them pictures they missed half the damage on my camper. Didnt have any idea how to submit a Insurance claim. So after they finally figured out how to submit a claim months later, come to find out that Advisor and tech quit or was fired not sure. It sat there nothing being done until i called them to check on it. New advisor and tech found more damage and the process started all over again. No calls from blue compass i have to keep calling them to find oit the status. 8 months for this repair and still nothing. Stay far away from this dealership, at least the service dept. read more

You know when you buy it, It will never happen the way they sell it! Don't be overly disappointed. Apparently, Employees at Blue Compass are to busy and important to follow through and/or take the initiative to solve problems. They are good at selling and terrible at servicing what they sell. Do they know what Circle the Wagons means?, Return customer calls, Follow up on schedules, Own their mistakes, Take responsibility, Solve Problems, Initiative, its a big want these days, and How about service with a smile. I would leave no stars if I could. I took my RV in to repair a propane problem with refrigerator. Had set an appointment but still took the two days to get to it. Was told if they did the repair there would be no diagnostic fee ($200). So I told them to go ahead and order parts and get it replaced. Replaced the wrong part! Then said it was something else wrong with it. Order a second part. Took 3 months to get part and then it was the wrong part too. In this process they realized it wasn't the regulator but a $1200 mother board! And in the end they charged me the $200 diagnostic fee!!! Final damage...$1,500+. NEVER HOING BACK. We are full time RVers and made an appt. 2 mo. in advance of being in the Park City area to have a simple recall done and a slide issue addressed on our GD Solitude. We dropped off our trailer on Monday 9:30 am. Made repeated calls on Tuesday to get status update. No returned calls. By the end of business Weds they tell me they dont have recall parts!....and do I want the slide adjusted...and neglected to tell me about the $200 diag. fee. Service advisor named Torrie was disconnected. The techs were helpful- answering my questions. So we spent 3 nights in a hotel, and they seemed unconcerned, especially considering the advanced notice we gave them. I'm guessing they cater to customers who have purchased RVs from them, and everyone else is back burnered. I left a message with sales asking the GM to contact me about this. No response. We visit Wichita often and will find another dealer if we ever need one. My advice - Steer clear!! read more

We bought a used fifth wheel at Blue Compass RV, Park City, KS. We drove from Pennsylvania to buy it. They dealer knew we were going to travel home in the RV. On one hand they suggested that they go over the used RV's and make sure they are sound, but on the other hand they keep prodding you to buy some sort of "inspection" package for anywhere from $895 to $1,995 to tell you what they already know about the RV. I asked them to check the tire dates and so I knew the tires were old at six years and needed to be replaced. When we arrived to inspect the RV they had removed the anode rod form the hot water heater and the cap to the low point drain to discourage one from filling the system with water and testing it. They painted the old tires with tire black to make them appear "new." Who does that? I noticed that there was no spare tire so I insisted they provide a spare tire, which they did. The spare tire and wheel were new. As we drove to a tire dealer in a nearby town, a trailer tire eploded, causing about $1,700 worth of damge to the wheel well and trim. When I went to put on the spare I found a five lug spare tire for a six lug axle spindle. When we got to our destination and set up to camp, the hot water heater would not turn on. Turns out the water heater was still in winterized mode; somone had tried to turn on the hot water heater and burned up the heater elements. I had to de-winterize the unit myself and find a mobile RV tech to replace the hot water heater elements. These yo-yo's knew I was going to camp in this RV on my way home. They just didn't care. I replaced the tires and drove the RV home to Pennsylvania. When I received the title it was not properly notarized. I had to send it back to them to get the proper notarizations done. This dealership is a mix of amaterurism and fraud. They knew of these issues yet were willing to sell it to a family from out of state and let them deal with these issues on the road. If you buy from these people, you have to inspect everything about your RV -- test the heating, AC, generator, TV's, everything -- before you sign anything. They are such pirates they should fly the jolly roger on their flagpole. Caveat emptor. read more
