The garbage cans are overflowing, and somebody actually left a black bag full of garbage sitting next to the garbage pail. I texted the phone number to let the company know all they said was people don't respect their facility. They told somebody comes there from 10 AM to 2 PM every day to clean the place. You can either bring your own detergent or buy it there, and they have several machines, all in varying sizes and prices. As far as payment goes, you can either pay in quarters (they have an ATM and a change converter on site) or you can use a mobile app to pay, which connects to Apple Pay. That's what we did and I found it to be super seamless. The woman working was super helpful and explained everything to us! There are plenty of sitting areas and a couple vending machines. Pricing is very reasonable and they even take credit cards. They are open until 7p daily and also offer drop-off laundry for $1/lb. I saw the guys working on an order and they fold IMMACULATELY. They even helped me walk my hampers out to my car. Best customer service!! I will be back!
