I stopped by Wash Dry and WiFi because I was curious about laundromats! I thought to myself -- there must be nice laundromats that take credit card & have great WiFi, it's 2018! & Wash Dry and WiFi is exactly that. They have 3 sizes of washers: *3 Load: Guessing this is the standard size as a man came in with 2 laundry baskets and the attendant working mentioned that he should be able to fit it all into this one. This size is $4.50 per load (for warm water) *5 Load : $6.50 per load (for warm water) *9 Load: $11 per load They only have 1 size for dryers and it's $0.25 for every 5(?) minutes I believe! As for pricing, it's $15 for 60 credits. For the 5 load, it used 24 credits. For the 3 load, it took 18 credits so pricing is the same BUT it's basically a $15 minimum for CC loads. One of the machines charged me twice & the attendant was so kind to promptly refund me as it happened to another customer last week too. Lastly, the WiFi is seriously really fast here. It's great! I wish they had some tables to study/work on but I won't complain - this was a fantastic first laundromat experience! I went to the Wash and Dry on Hall Rd. in Utica. The money you get from the changer is quarters and dollars. I was putting money in the washer and it repeatetdly said I owed the same amount so I lost money. The attendant/ cleaning man marked the machine, but I didn't get any money back. The coins get stuck in the machine In at least 2 machines. I was disappointed. read more

I've been here twice and both times the workers were polite. This place is extremely clean and neat. The washer and dryers are used via an app so you do not have to stop for cash if you do not want too. The furniture is up to date which makes washing more comfortable. The machines are huge and your app tells you when your clothes are ready. Pretty awesome place. read more

I'll start by saying that I'm from Royal Oak, so Wash Dry and Wifi obviously isn't the closest place to my house. Last night I realized I had few clothes left and a pile of laundry so large that it would take about 3 days to do it in my tiny apartment washer. So what did I do at about 9 pm? I went on yelp looking for a late night laundromat. Surprisingly, there are very few. I found Wash Dry and Wifi and was pleasantly surprised at the offerings so I decided to take the trip out there. The place didn't disappoint. It's a millennials dream. Washing machines you can pay with by an app on your phone, nice interior decor, a little library, Wifi, working vending machines; the place is super clean and open 24 hours. For those of you who are old school, you can also pay with coins. It is a bit on the smaller side, so I can see it getting busy at times, but at 10 pm we were the only ones there for a bit. On another note, I did have a minor issue that was my fault and that I blew out of proportion in an email to their app support (it was late, I was tired and having a bad week at work), but either way, the owner personally responded to me via phone, corrected my mistake, and thanked me for my patronage despite me being a snarky b-word in an email. If everything already didn't, this definitely solidified the fact that I will be a customer for life. I hope to see this business succeed and expand because it is the laundromat of the future. I wish that every laundry place was this nice! The tl;dr version is: if you're looking for a great, modern, convenient, clean laundromat that's open 24 hours with free wifi, take the trip to this one even if you have to go the extra distance. Our washer died and it has taken nearly two weeks for the part to come in and the repair guy to get back out to install it (crazy I know)! I found this place on Yelp and am so glad I chose it over others. Super clean, several options in machines and lots of space to fold. I absolutely love the app for my phone that allows me to pay based on the machine I'm using and get alerts when the wash is ready is to be switched or folded! There were a few times I would have liked to switch to hot water but had to add credits but couldn't because I paid w/the app (maybe user error?) so it would be nice to know what each load costs based on water temp so app and cash users could calculate accordingly. We had the best experience here yesterday. We are traveling from out of state with 4 kids in tow, and really needed to get some laundry washed. With wash and food service at wash dry and wifi, we were able to drop it all off, have it washed (with our choice of detergent), dried and folded, and then we could pick it up in two hours. What a big help! We received a text when our laundry was ready, so we could continue with our day and not worry about staying nearby to check on it. The owner was super friendly and helpful- he even offered to drop out clothes off at our hotel for us!!!!! We didn't use the laundromat facility, but it was super clean and new looking, and smelled like fresh laundry- if not for my kiddie company, I think it would be a totally pleasant place to spend 2 hours. read more

Hands down the BEST and CLEANEST laundry mat on the East Coast!!! The staff or owner there is super nice and helpful and they have all you will need for your laundry needs as well as FREE Wi-Fi, books for adults and children and a TV with cable to rot your brain while you wait and all in a fairly safe location! I travel the U.S. with my job and this was my first time here but, since I am in this area of Michigan quite often, I will be using this laundry mat each and every trip to this area for sure!!! I just pray people respect this establishment and keep their bad habits and usual scummy ways elsewhere and keep this place clean and comfy! If you find yourself in a situation where you need to go to the laundromat, this is the best choice in the area. People drive an hour or more for this place! All new and very well maintained machines, they have an app that you can download and pay that way, or use traditional coins. The app will notify you when it's time to switch or fold. This place is so clean! The owner was there yesterday when I came in, he was incredibly helpful and personable to every person who came through the door. This location is amazing! Very clean and comfortable while waiting for your laundry to finish. Although the place is small in scale it makes up for it in many other ways. The machines are easy to use and i love having the ability to just pay via my phone and viola! The machine is ready! Wish i would have started coming here sooner to do some of my laundry needs before. Much closer to home. The fact that they are open 24 hours is a great amenity as well. This place was great! I got 6 loads of laundry completed in an hour. I also got a text message when my dryer was done. This place was so comfortable that I did not feel like I was at a laundromat. For the cost and the time savings it's worth it. For example my LG front loader takes an hour and 45 minutes on the sanitize setting for one load. Time is money! read more

The best rates in town! Also, owner is super nice. The prices are very fair, and on Tuesday and Thursday they have free drying. To drop off it is very convenient and it's $1.25 per pound! They have Bluetooth washer and dryer set up which makes it very convenient if you just carry your phone around. It is by far the most trendy laundromat in the area. This is probably my favorite places to wash my clothes! The dryers are AMAZING! My clothes wash so well! I have used the Dry cleaners here and my clothes smelled good and it is eco friendly! The laundromat was very clean and seemed well maintained. All the machines appeared to be brand new. I'm not much of a cash carrier so it's kinda nice being able to pay with an app. I did find it expensive compared to my normal laundromat, $1.50 more for a similar size machine. They could use some more seating, unless you don't mind sharing a loveseat with a complete stranger. Would I go back? Probably not unless they dropped their prices. read more
