It was just prior to Memorial Day weekend, so spring had sprung we had geese with babies parade through our yard and private beach. There were bald eagles and deer everywhere. We had one bald eagle that sat on a tree for hours almost every day. The natural beauty is unrivaled and the owner and his son were so helpful and friendly. We sat for hours outside just enjoying the natural beauty and wildlife. Farragut State Park is literally right next door to the resort, a must see. We loved it there so much that we would love to retire to the area. Thank you for an amazing stay and the most adorable cabin and private beach. Also, everything you could possibly need is in the cabin, including a wine opener so you don't have to bring one. Thank you for making our 25th wedding anniversary so magical!!!!

We walked down to the river, which was across the road, and discovered there was no good place to swim and the dock was absolutely covered in goose droppings. We decided to leave and try the Kalispel Casino RV resort nearby, which was at least clean and maintained. Would absolutely recommend against booking / staying here

This family has always taken care of us and our guests. We rent the pontoon boats and they are always clean, filled up, and everything in working order. Respect their equipment, stay away from sand bars and keep an eye out for the occasional flotsam, and enjoy a great time!

We have rented boats in other areas, and you can tell this team goes the extra mile to make sure things are comfortable. The boat was clean, new, and had a cover, which was great for the heat and had amazing storage. They have really close parking and tons of it for free. No stress. In addition, they also have wheel barrows to help get all of your gear into the boat really quickly. Gary and his team made sure we knew all of the features of the boat prior to departing. Bluetooth, air pump for floaties, enough life jackets for everyone and additional for water sports at no additional charge. We boated all day long and didn't have to worry about filling up, we were able to take it back at the end of the day, pass it off and head out within minutes of docking the boat. I would choose this place hands down every time. The 5 minute additional drive is worth it with all of the ease that comes from renting from here!

They did not. I brought my 4 wheeler into get one front wheel fixed. The bill was $423.00. Upon returning home, both front wheels wouldn't engage into 4x4. So it was in worse condition then when I brought it into them. I called them and the manger said "there is nothing we can do for you." Can you believe that!! Really poor customer service and no regard for their reputation. Please do not use this business, you will regret it.

We took our boat to a different mechanic to summarize spring 2024. We were informed winterization did not happen and to make matters worse, the engine block cracked over the winter since this service wasn't done. New owner was unwilling to accept responsibility for the mistake and offered no refund. I spoke with a manager at the property that rents the space to the marina. He informed me that unfortunately this isn't the only time they were aware of the marina ruining someone's boat and did not take responsibility. AVOID THIS BUSINESS

On the day of rental there was a small amount of paperwork to fill out then the dock crew gave us instructions on how to run the boat. Before you knew it we were out on the water. While we rented a pontoon boat they also rent jet skis, ski boats, paddle boards etc. I thought their pricing was reasonable. They do offer a small cash discount. Next to the boat rental shack is a restaurant and bar which was nice to have as an option for some food and drink. Overall our rental experience was very pleasant and the day out on the lake was very memorable. I would recommend this spot any time for rentals.
