Our stay here was a last minute booking. We arrived at almost midnight and was greeted by a very…read morenice gentleman. He was humbled to say that he didn't speak English very well but I thought he spoke fine, at least better than my Italian. After a quick check-in, he even helped us upstairs with our luggages. The room was a twin room and was perfect for my friend and I. The bathroom was a nice and large featuring a typical European-type stand up shower and bidet and toilet. The sink was good with room for a lot of my toiletries. The room also had television, although we were too exhausted from the drive to watch. We had a stocked refrigerator too. Our stay here was quite comfortable because the room was at the perfect temperature and it was quite large and very clean.

I'm 49 and seen over 70 percent of old folks or let's say seasoned seniors. The pool is warm to hot because its thermal. The mandatory money you pay for the buffet will leave you wondering why it cost so much for such mediocre food, and you pay for all your drinks to include paying for natural water 3 Euro. And your not allowed to bring you own wine. They promote No Drinking or Eat in the room, but they have soda and beer - drinks in the small refrigerator. And yes it costly. For all Americans remember this is Italy/Europe everything cost. The town outside the resort gates is small, it limits the shopping or activities, forcing you to take t h.g.h e train to bigger cities. Would I visit the spa resort again? NO. It was very spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. There was a lift we could use in this building, as well as a washer and dryer in our unit and a full kitchen with dining area. The air conditioning worked great in hot July. The location couldn't be more perfect, right across the street from the castle and the main piazza. The innkeepers spoke enough English to get us checked in and make a few local recommendations, but I will work more on my Italian lessons for next time! The included breakfasts were so nice, lots of pastries, juices, and made to order cappuccinos. Honestly, this part of our trip was a dream, and I can't wait to come back.
