The owner, Patrick, was extremely condescending and, rather than review my current policies, told me to go elsewhere. WHAT? I called him out for repeatedly talking down to me and he drops ME after many years. I will find another agent but I'd advise anyone to stay away from this agent. He claims to be a Christian but operates worse than any agent I've ever dealt with. RUN. RUN. RUN.

He explained in detail what could be the problem, but asked me to bring car in, NO PROBLEM. Next, I asked did I need appointment, and cost, he told me I didn't need appointment, and there would be NO cost for test, and it would be up to me if I wanted to get it fixed. This is where everything took a turn for the worse. I went in, asked for Justin, and told the young man at counter, I had just spoken to Justin, and he told me I could come up for him to do test. The young man advised JUSTIN that I was there, JUSTIN told him he NEVER talked to me about bringing my car in, and didn't tell me there was no charge, and the fee would be $98. Next, JUSTIN came to the front, didn't acknowledge me at all, turned around quickly, and went back to the car he was working on, at this point I'm feeling DISRESPECTED, and JUSTIN LIED about a conversation we had about 40 mins prior to me getting there. How would I know to ask for JUSTIN if I had not talked to him prior, and why would I take the time to drive up there?? If JUSTIN would LIE about a PHONE CALL he had with me, I feel he would LIE about anything when speaking with customers. I would advise anyone that talks to JUSTIN about getting repairs, get it in WRITING first. Again, if JUSTIN lied about something as simple as a conversation about bringing my car there, I would question his work ETHIC, as well as his INTEGRITY!! I was immediately greeted by the Service writer, Zach who gave us cold water and sweet drink and candy to my daughter! Talk about service. I told Zach, exactly what I needed & I told him I had a coupon and he went out of his way and showed me another coupon that gave me a little further discount! So that is a win when it comes to customer service. They immediately went to change the oil in my car with efficiency! The manager, Travis did try to upsell me an air-filter for around $30 which I said "no thank you" to. I told him I could purchase and install that at a nearby store. They did not try to pressure me to buy, which I appreciate. I got the DuraMax full synthetic 0W20 oil which typically cost$99.00, with the usual $4.00 service charge, taxes, my discount coupon, plus a $3 donation to help kids! I ended up paying $90.15 We stayed in the car the whole time! Zach, Travis, Shaq & Brandon we're all friendly and efficient. I can tell in a competitive market... Fair pricing and over-the-top customer service is what wins! I could tell these guys were trying hard! From my first experience here, it was a win! I was in and out around 15 minutes! We sold our trade to CarMax the next business day and then they refused to honor our deal while still holding our deposit. I wouldn't recommend anyone even consider this dealership, avoid if at all possible. We are still waiting to see if they are going to refund us our deposit or not. So far all we have is a verbal promise to do so, but they've already proven they will not honor those. Update: they did refund us the deposit. Sadly, we have been their customer for over 5 years until this experience. That franchise has evidently been negatively impacted by the current market pressures.

Arrived a few minutes early, they took my car back on time and it was done quickly. The inspector even put my new tags on for me which was super helpful to me. 7/25- Third visit to this shop and another successful visit. I get this is a corporate brand company but when you walk in you feel like you are more in a small mom and pop shop. All the same smiling faces. This is an honest and fair shop that isn't looking just to make a dollar. Their interactions show they really care for their customers and keeping their cars safe.
