There were options for everyone that were both delicious and unique. The biscuit board option was great and a nice touch for my southern family. The chicken and short rib options were fall-apart-in-your-mouth. The falafel vegetarian option -- AMAZING! In addition to the catering itself, B+B goes above and beyond with the services they include. As we got closer to the event and I was trying to check things off of my list, I began to realize that all of the small things I was stressing over, B+B was already planning to take care of them - serving options, signs for food, transporting chairs/gift table from ceremony to reception, packing up at the end of the night. They made our lives so much easier. AND I can't say enough about the day-of coordinator (Erin) and catering coordinator (Kelly). LIFE SAVERS!! They went far beyond what I would have expected for these roles. We had our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at the barn the night before our wedding. Being from California, we wanted to have an "Aloha" theme to keep the vibe casual. Shannon worked closely with us to customize a menu and help us with decorations. She was so supportive and blew our minds with the creativity in the menu and drink options. She also partnered with us to work within our budget. Since we had to plan our wedding from across the country, communication with a lot of our vendors proved to be very tough. But NOT Shannon. She was quick to reply to all of our emails, and always put us in the best mood. In such a stressful process, we could always rely on Shannon and staff to make us feel at ease. And the food, WOW. Our 40 guests for dinner were raving over how amazing everything was. And after the dinner, we opened up the barn for about 100 people to come in for the "Welcome Party." Great Circle did not disappoint and treated us to simply amazing food and hospitality. The staff was extremely professional and almost invisible(in a good way) during the reception on September 1st at the Portsmouth Elks Club.
