If I could give zero stars, I would. I have receipts for everything I'm saying. The team mishandled my case from the start -- one member didn't even know the difference between NY and NYC. Touria repeatedly came across as rude and unaware on calls. Things only escalated when she withheld my return, leaving me without funds for 22 days and counting, with no explanation. She abandoned communication entirely until it suited her, then shockingly claimed she would send my return to another state -- knowing full well I did not live there. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical. We are in the process of filing a formal complaint with the City of Los Angeles.
