I went to his office for a consultation prior to my divorce. I paid him for his valuable time. About a year later my ex-husband served me with papers filed by who? Esquire Bradford Baugh. I was sure Mr. Baugh had made a mistake. I'm no lawyer but I know that once I consulted him he couldn't represent the other side in my divorce. I thought I'd be nice, I called him and asked why he had met with me and was now taking my ex-husband's side as a client. He said he'd never met with me. I said great I'll have the court change the date based on your attorney's availability, Tony said ok just send us the new court documents showing the new court date. When I sent them the court document, all of the sudden the attorney had a personal issue come up and now is not available. I'm marrying an attorney, so understand their crazy schedules and also understand that issues can arise, what I don't understand or think is ok is an absolute lack of communication from Tony regarding the attorneys availability when the issue did arise. He could of and should hav reached out to us and told us the attorney was no longer available on the date he had chosen! We used their dates to schedule the hearing, the least they could have done is let me know the attorney was no longer available. Now I'm stuck with a court date we didn't select and have to start over trying to find another attorney. Thanks Ticket Crushers! Oh just found out, it was just economics, they scored an all day DUI case on the same day they said they'd be available for us, so we got bumped! Sucks, but it is was it is, just make sure you have a really bad case that may take all day to try and then maybe they'll show up for you.

This is absolutely ridiculous and not good business practice. 3 years and nothing has even been started and we are $2500 in the hole for a case that should have taken no more than a year.
