Since it was a Sunday and I only had a certain amount of time to get the truck back, I was confounded. I saw an emergency contact number, so I called it. Then man said he be here in an hour. An hour and a half later he shows up and opens my unit. There's a truck in my unit! UGH!! Tick tock, my time is slipping away....He tries to start the truck, it won't start (surprise). He gets a battery charger and starts the truck and he moves it out of my unit (why was someone else's truck in the unit I paid for?). So there is two hours out of my precious time....he leaves with, "Sorry for the trouble." Mind you, I lost my job in another state, sold my house and my mother passed away all in the space of one month! No I am not making this up; I think I'm loosing my mind. I called him the next day (after I spent an extra $116 for the truck because it was turned in a day late) and he offers me $25! I tell my family that I took the $25 credit because I felt as if I had no recourse. My brother calls him and he tells him that we are taking up all his time and he is raising my rent $30/month. Please go elsewhere, save yourself the trouble. I wish I had.

They asked what items we wanted picked up and had to be specific. They charge by the amount of space the items take up in the truck. So they can't give you an exact estimate but they will tell you examples such $300 for the amount of 4 refrigerators (just an example) we called them on a Friday and we're scheduled for Monday. They came pretty early and got the stuff out. The price was not bad at all. We had 2 mattresses some tables and some more items moved and I think my partner paid between 2-$300. There a trampoline in the backyard and they said that they can come back and break it down it would only be about $100 I think. I know I don't have concrete dollar amounts but I say if you have allot of junk please call the college hunks

I almost pleaded to have it completed by the end of the day Friday. It took some cajoling on Friday afternoon but they did have it done by the 5:00 (they close at 5:30). They put on a new blade, which I had not requested but it cost me $11 which is about half of what Home Depot would charge (not sure what's the catch). In total, I paid around $34 with blade and 3% for using a credit card which is only $9 higher than what I paid to the other lawnmower place in East Griffin for a new pull cord 3 months before.

Meanwhile, I have movers waiting at my home waiting for us to arrive with the truck... Mobile Storage Depot took a reservation for a truck and never opened for business for me to pick up the truck and never bothered to notify me or Budget Corporate that they weren't opening that day. This move cost me several hours of my day and hundreds of dollars paying movers to sit around and wait while I went all over Atlanta trying to get a truck.
