I showed up this morning at 7am, but an employee explained to me that Uhaul has an issue in their reservation system that allows locations to accept reservations even when timeslots are closed off. They said I would have to try another location and that location didn't have availabilty for another two days. I asked for a refund of my $460, and the employee was able to help me do that. She was friendly to me despite my visible frustration. I would not recommend relying on Uhaul's reservation system as you can't guarentee they'll have the inventory needed for it

Most of the time I can find Staff like the one in this picture who helped me carry my purchase to the car and load it for me ,to help me, Occasionally, and more frequently lately, it has been hard and it has been definitely a do it yourself and do it yourself to find stuff! I like to order online and have it shipped to the home if it's free shipping. My ladies experience, however, was most disappointing! As I ordered four large wooden moving dollies and had it shipped to my home. When I got the notification that it had arrived, I looked at the picture of the proof that it had arrived, and on my doorstep was four boxes of staples! I called up the customer service at the store that I thought it was purchased at explained the situation to them. Ultimately it got resolved, but it took a long time! As they were out of these wooden moving dollies it almost every store in Atlanta! The major reason I got chipped the rug merchandise is because Home Depot now uses Uber to deliver! A really bad decision on Home Depot's part!

I am currently in the process of moving and we needed items from Home Depot, and on both trips, employees send you on trips to where items "should be" located. Of both trips, there were only two employees that took time to ensure they were sending us to the right location. I wish I had their names! At one point, my mom and I had to ask a random customer to assist us. The items needed were both present and checkout was easy. But if you are looking for customer service or assistance, good luck.

We gave them the opportunity to match a competitor; two weeks actually, and never heard back so we proceeded with the switched. They sent their driver to pick up the tanks. He did not come and check in with anyone to let us know he was here and so we could make sure he picked up all of their containers. Also, that same day that he comes to pick up our tanks, 10 of the new tanks are missing. Of course we call to let them know we think they may have accidentally took some tanks that were not Heritage and our salesman John Byrd was extremely rude. He asked how did we know, did we take pictures, did we see him and brought up that we just canceled our contract after he said he was going to try and match the price. Obviously he was mad about losing an account, all of this with attitude. Of course we don't have pictures, the driver didn't even tell us he was here!! The driver, I believe his name is Bruce, also called and said he hadn't picked up any that were not Heritage. They wouldn't even check. The lack of professionalism, courtesy and customer service is evident. If our salesman really wanted to keep us as an account he would have gotten back with us in days and not taken weeks. If he wanted us to keep them in mind should we have a need to switch again he would have handled the situation with respect and at least double checked the tanks instead of just denying it right off hand. Everyone makes mistakes, it's human nature. It's how you handle those mistakes that shows what kind of person you are and what kind of business you conduct. Going to a property and not letting anyone know you are there is completely unprofessional. Their other location in Atlanta, also has 1 star and a bad review. Something to think about.

After moving and driving from Texas to Georgia in a Uhaul truck. My back was screaming at me from…read morethe abuse. Although I drove straight through, I didn't finish unpacking the truck until the night before turning the truck in. My mind was so spent, I didn't look up a location to return the truck to. So, Uhaul chose a location for me. Initially I thought how nice... But, the selection they chose was closed on Sunday, and didn't have a place for me to leave the truck while the business was closed. Which is totally on me, they give you 4 days to return the truck, I never checked the operating hours, argh & ugh lol. This place was open on Sunday, a young woman whom appeared to be the manager, had just brought in lunch for herself and her team. She patiently walked me through the process to get the drop off point changed, you can't just turn a truck in to an alternate location without getting it approved. Their facility was in excellent shape and well stocked, the entire team was courteous and professional. Uhaul is my go to moving preference. Although I hate moving, and don't plan on moving for a few years lol. They lessened the stress tremendously...

Went here to rent a truck and tow dolly and Meghan couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. When I got to the front of the line I was greeted with a mask covered smile and a wonderful demeanor. We went over the online reservation she confirmed every item, told me what I'd be able to do and what I should not do. Before she brought the truck up she asked if I'd be more comfortable loading the truck and bringing it back to have the tow dolly attached and they'd help me attach it. I said no thanks had done it many times before so Meghan brought up a 26 foot truck with tow dolly attached. Just to double check asked me if I wanted her to go over taking it off, putting it back on, and how to secure the car. I thanked her and declined. Before I left she went over in great detail the contract, the insurance coverage, limits all that exciting stuff and then I was off and running. I don't think she was the manager but if not she sure as heck should be. It is people like Meghan who in these crazy times make doing business with someone extra enjoyable and if you find the need for a truck pickup up to 26 feet this is the place to get it from and make sure to get Meghan to help you she is the best.
