I was looking to buy a Tikka t3x, Vortex scope and scope rings for my son's 10th birthday. I knew exactly what I wanted and was trying to put the entire package together. From what I could tell there were four men working the gun counter. At times, two men working on the same paperwork. A total of two customers when I walked in. All 4 employees grumbling about what they were doing. Not one even did so much as make eye contact with me for the entire 34 minutes I stood there. I picked out a scope base and scope rings. I left the scope rings and bass on the counter right over top of the scope I had wanted to purchase. I've never had a worse experience at a business in my entire life. There's no excuses for not even acknowledging someone's presence. I've bought many guns and spent a ton of money at North 40 but won't be in the future. North 40s prices are great and I thought I'd give my business to a brick and mortar versus ordering online. With what I experienced today I'm convinced Midway USA will get me my product quicker. Absolutely pitiful customer service.

Great St. Joe River guides! Worth every penny…read more Easy reservation and instructions pre-trip. Our guides, Tyler and Patrick, were awesome. They did a great job and teaching us to fly fish from their small boats that put you on the fish. They know all of the spots and go back and forth in these areas to make sure you land fish. All the while, untying our knots and helping to get us unstuck from rocks and logs. Nice, chicken salad lunch along a nice shoreline with lots of beverages throughout the day, with various beers to make the experience that much better. Planning on returning and wouldn't use anyone else.

One of the first things I noticed was her listening skills, after she gathered information, she had my boyfriend walk a few steps, to the end of the store hall, to learn how he walks. She asked about injuries and concerns he has about his feet, and she took the time to learn about what he needs and not just sell us shoes, she really serviced us. She spent probably close to an hour with us. Initially, we were going to order the shoes she recommend online but after that amazing customer service, how can we not buy it from her and I am glad we did!! What was most impressive to me was the quality of customer service Rachel provided and her product knowledge. We also came in with some knowledge about running shoes, However, Rachel gave us a lot more information and her expertise on the shoes and the running sport in general, and it made sense as to why she recommended one shoe over another. She did not push the sale on us, she even encouraged us to think about it first before purchasing the running shoes as she realizes it was an investment. We didn't have to think about it, regardless of the price, what mattered to my boyfriend and me is how Rachel treated us. We purchased the running shoes from Rachel and forget buying online. Someday when I need a quality sport shoes, I will personally ask for Rachel. The owner of this store needs to know that Rachel is a value team member for Sport Town.
