Same two techs who are so sweet however the results are completely different than the first time I went, not sure on whether to go back or not. So disappointing. I need to take the nail polish off and re do my nails myself. I also needed to use my foot scrub on my heels.

I've been coming here for a year or two. At first it good, the services were amazing, it was most…read morethan what we expected and they charged us EXACTLY as what was listed in their menu. Now, I feel like they've gotten. but out of hand. Three days ago I went in to get a gel manicure done and I called prior and they told me $35. I went in, got seated, and a lady started doing my nails. She did a really good job but when I went to the counter, I was charged $45. I told her that when I called before I was told $35 and she hesitated and then told me that "oh your nails are long, we charge extra for that" They are my natural nails, no extensions, NATURAL. Didn't even tell me before starting on my nails that it would be $10 MORE!! I was really tired after long so I let it go. Yesterday I went back in with my mother and grandmothers to get pedicures done, and this time, when the lady starts working on me, she tells me that "oh it's going to be $5 because you had gel nail polish on before and I had to remove it". WHAT?! Never have I ever heard of this, at ANY of the salons I have been. The way they charge for their services is very weird.
