I waited about 5 minutes which was pretty much the time it took for me to pick out a color. They have a huge selection of gel and everything else. I have never had my nails done here, but there were several people getting manicures. I chose the second most expensive pedicure option which is their collagen pedicure for $60. It comes with all of the usual pedicure steps plus a salt scrub and hot stones. The products have collagen in them and you get a "gift" to take home. The gift is collagen products from the set of stuff used to do the pedicure (see pics). The most expensive option is $75, it uses the same collagen products, but it comes with a paraffin wax treatment in addition to the stones, scrub and other steps. I'm really surprised that I'm the first Yelp review. It seems like they've been open for at least a year, and there were probably 12 other customers here while I was getting my pedicure. This place looks like it can accommodate about 30 people if there were just as many technicians as customers. I did not take foot pic, but my feet feel and look great. I'll be back!

It was spur of the moment and I got Suzan and I decided to do something fairly plain and she did an absolutely wonderful job. I have very sensitive cuticles and so even the barest brush of the e-file and I'll end up with scabs, which really mar a new set. She was meticulous and careful without me even having to tell her. She shaped them beautifully and I really appreciated the care she took in applying the tips and shaping the apex over them. I'll definitely be making future appointments.

Now, I feel like they've gotten. but out of hand. Three days ago I went in to get a gel manicure done and I called prior and they told me $35. I went in, got seated, and a lady started doing my nails. She did a really good job but when I went to the counter, I was charged $45. I told her that when I called before I was told $35 and she hesitated and then told me that "oh your nails are long, we charge extra for that" They are my natural nails, no extensions, NATURAL. Didn't even tell me before starting on my nails that it would be $10 MORE!! I was really tired after long so I let it go. Yesterday I went back in with my mother and grandmothers to get pedicures done, and this time, when the lady starts working on me, she tells me that "oh it's going to be $5 because you had gel nail polish on before and I had to remove it". WHAT?! Never have I ever heard of this, at ANY of the salons I have been. The way they charge for their services is very weird.
