I started communications with Ken, we agreed on the cost of installation and hourly labor charges for hiding the wires for the surround sound. Both these guys are great to deal with and did a good job installing my TV and AV system. Tom in particular followed up and came multiple times to patch holes made during the installation. Warning: Ken will try and sell you additional hardware, he charged me for hardware which was included in the original quote. Pushed really hard on sound bars, RF universal remotes. I paid him when the work was completed however after reviewing the bill I recognized that I was over charged. Bringing to Ken s attention did not do me any good. He basically ignored and justified the charges as additional labor costs. In summary hire them but upfront nail down all the hardware costs and scope of the total project. Don t fall for the additional hardware being sold as it is at a premium.

During the midweek of their stay, the pipe underneath the kitchen sink separated between the drain and the trap. With me being at work and 2.5 hours away, I couldn't fix it. I went online and saw Bob's service on Yelp. He was the first number I called. When I spoke with him, he was on the road, literally 2 blocks away and took my service call right at that time. With me not being there, I was unaware of how serious the repair was going to be. He stated, he would give me a free estimate prior to any work that needed to be done. Ten minutes later, Bob called me and informed me it was fixed. The adjoining pipe had slipped down, causing the trap to separate from the drain pipe. He reattached all of the pipes and reinforced it to prevent them from slipping again. He not only fixed the leak and saved me a small road trip, he told me there was no charge!! He provided a service with no cost! Just to note, I'm not writing this review because he didn't charge me. It's because there are people out there that take advantage of people and situations during a time of need. He portrayed the complete opposite. I couldn't accept him not charging me so, I had to ask for his address to extend my thanks and payment for his help. Whether it was a small or large repair, Bob was honest and prompt to help. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to others.

I had called a handy man in DE only to inform me that he would have to charge me a three hour minimum for a 30 minute project. I called Bob Jobs Maintenance this morning, not expecting he could or would do it today. He showed up in 15 minutes and installed the tv in 20-25minutes. The only reason it took longer was he had to get metric screws. So from the time I called him until the tv was installed and working, an hour tops. I have never had such efficient - timely service in OC - in the summer - ever! Additionally his price was way less than I expected to pay which is also very unusual in these parts during this time of the year! To say I am pleased with Bob Jobs Maintenance is an understatement - I am ecstatic! Call this guy first! I know if I need service in the future, this is the ONLY person I will call. He then a adjusted the bill by removing the work for cabling run through the walls. The job he did mounting the tv was fine but he did not check to see everything was working because soundbar was not. He had plugged the sound bar into HDMI port 2 instead of the ARC port which I had to fix. He had also plugged the blue ray player into ARC port which also is not correct and had to fixed as well. The cabling was extremely poor laying the cabling over the TV mount joint restricting it from its designed purpose. It also could damage the HDMI cables when you rotate the adjustable mount. The technician was clearly in rush to get the job done from the start and it reflects in the sketchy work that was performed. He clearly took advantage of an elderly woman. Emailed company and they are unwilling to resolve this issue. Buyer beware!!! Stay away from this company.
