Representative came, did a thorough examination of the issue, gave us lots of information, was very pleasant. He'd send estimate that night or the next day. STILL have not received anything from. I followed up with at least 2 texts- wweren't you going to send us numbers? where are the numbers? We'll have to go with someone else if we don't hear from you. NOTHING. We went with someone else. That was about a month ago. TODAY I receive a call from them wanting to follow up on the estimate they's sent me (that I never received). Well maybe it's in your spam. It wasn't.
