The day before our appointment, the therapist requested to reschedule due to a personal matter and used a tone that felt abrupt and confusing, placing some of the responsibility on me. I didn't feel the communication style was a good fit for our family and I became concerned about how the provider might interact with my child. I ultimately switched to Blackbird Health, which also accepts insurance and where the communication has felt clearer and more professional. I rated three stars because others may have different experiences, but I recommend clarifying expectations up front. There were a few other concerning flags that I hesitate to mention but I am aware that there might be more serious issues with the organization

Their scheduling/communication is 100% on point and low-friction. (What a relief...) This is an "all around" practice -- holistic/integrated view of food, exercise, health and treatment.
