It is a little higher than some parks, but looks onto Rockport Bay, has a great heated swimming pool, an activity center, and plenty of nice sites on cement pads. Often see dolphins play our front. Evening can be spent enjoying a festive pool atmosphere with a tiki bar and lighting on the fencing all around. There is a private lighted pier out front, as well. read more

I would stay far away from this s$&t show. The management doesn't give a rats a$$ about their guests. Infrastructure is old, clubhouse and facilities are old and in needing of updating. Management are Nazis, don't cross them, micro managers that have no business in the hospitality business. We will never set foot in this over priced park again. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them a minus 10 stars. read more

Very clean,RV resort I thought spaces were a little tight. Showers and restrooms were very clean. Laundry was clean they have a REC room but not for anyone under 21 years old. Pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. Looked nice and it was a decent size. When you're staying in a beach town you don't really think about using a pool anyway. We had a beautiful view in the mornings with the sunrise. The pier is really nice and it's one of only a few piers that's been rebuilt along Fulton Beach Rd.. excellent friendly staff except for our last day. My only complaint was I was rushed to checkout. My husband had a family emergency in Corpus so the kids and I stayed behind at the camper. My son and I had to pack everything up and connect our camper to truck and drive off. Not the staffs fault but a little compassion would have been nice. read more

We have come here for 17 yrs. & have had no problem till this year. The new manager is a very nice person, but her husband is a bully, I think. My husband was parking their boat in the slot that they had reserved. This man came up & told my husband to move that boat. My husband got out & told the man that it had been assigned to him. The man told my husband that they can change the assigned parking spots any time they want, then, he started to chest bump my husband 2-3 times. My husband is 80 years old & wears a pacemaker. My husband pushed him away.The last time he was chest bumped & my husband was pushing him away the managers husband came up. All he saw was my husband push that guy away from. We didn't know at the time that there was another witness to the alteration who wasn't a friend & didn't know us or we would have called the police. But, they kicked us out of the park & gave us a week to get out. It hurt me to be thrown out after 17 years with lots of Friends. The resort was nice & clean although super cramped with no room for parking. Camp sites are extremely close to the point that our camper was almost touching our neighbors when our awning was out & we literally had to duck under their slide out to get to the car. Forget keeping your boat here. The management was EXTREMELY rude & unhelpful. She definitely was not having a good day & should probably consider a new job if she is that bitter & miserable. We will definitely be exploring other options in town for our next stay. read more

We had a bit of bad luck pulling a camper and would up in the area after a blow out which ripped out our electrical, plumbing, and tore up a good part of the camper that sat above the tire. The mobile repair guy we found suggested we park here until he could get to us the next day. Everyone we encountered here was so nice and helpful! Dana in he office got us into a spot understanding that our intent was to get repaired and leave the next day but she chose one that was unrented for the next five days just in case the repair turned out not to be a quick one. Pat, an older gentleman in the park actually went around and rebounded up fans and extension cords for us since we had no AC. Jim also offered help and even gave us his lot number in case we needed anything else. Others around the area heard about our predicament and offered us water and advice on things to do and places to stay in the area if we couldn't tough it out in the camper. It was so beautiful and everyone was so nice and helpful, we had decided to stay the remainder of our vacation rather than continuing onto our original destination. When the repairman found more extensive damage than we expected and it became apparent we couldn't use it, three people in the office (one was Dana) gave us advice on where we could find lodging. This place is awesome...beautiful setting filled with great people. We will make this our future destination! read more

Had a bad experience. They put us in a tight spot for the RV we had. Only stayed there a week. Then when we went to leave, they over charged me. They refuse to refund me. Said if they did refund me, I would only get half of what they over charged me back. Management refuse to return calls, and can't get ahold of them when we call. Will never go back to this place. And will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

So disappointed in the way the resort is being run. We have gone to that park for a number of years and had hoped to continue. However, We were put in a tight spot for our motor home and we asked if any spot that became available we wouldn't mind moving. There were a couple of spots that came up but we were not asked if we wanted to move. The spots were for large rigs and they gave them to people who had smaller RV's and only stayed a couple of days. We were there for a couple of months and planned to stay longer but decided not to. They put 2 large rigs near us and no one had room to park their vehicles . one guy just parked in the street. Our neighbors had a hard time parking their vehicles because of his truck and boat being in the way. They put a large rig in a spot made for a very small R V. If that wasn't bad enough the guy came in at 2:30 am and woke everyone up! The staff could have cared less. Also, the pool, hot tub and cable were not working and it didn't appear that it was a high priority to the manager. We decided to move to another park and so glad we did. We left a lot of good friends and will miss them but this park has really gone downhill. There is no strong presence of any management, the staff tries to keep thing neat but doesn't have a lot of support. The owners don't appear to be the "hands on " type. read more

The staff has been nothing but professional and courteous, even going beyond what is expected to keep guests comfortable . We have kept an RV in this resort off and on for years. Our experience has been great w/ a friendly staff and management. They are one of the few places with a hot tub jacuzzi and we like that. Very clean rec area and pool. Overall, very satisfied. read more

If your just staying for the weekend, this is not the place to stay if your coming down for the weekend or if you have a "large" group staying with you. We had 8!! We arrived about 5:00 and they gave us a lot right on the water, and "helped" us get backed in. It was more along the lines of tell you how to do it like you never owned a trailer and were dumb as a box of rocks. Once we got set up, the kids took off to go check out the amenities. They said everything but the pool was closed and when they asked the manager when it would be open his reply was "never" and that was it. Later that night the manager stopped at our site and told us that only 2 people are allowed at each site and all these kids cost extra (real smart a$$ about it). We gave it right back to him and told him to check our reservation and he would find that we had paid for a total of 8 people and it was paid in full when we made the reservation 2 weeks in advance. The second night of our stay I took my 7 year old son to the pool for a swim and he was told by the manager "get out, pools closed" it was 9:40, pool is open till 10:00. I use the word manager but I am not really sure who he is, he rides around on a golf cart barking orders. On the plus side, the park is clean and well kept but man running the place is rude. I know someone has to enforce the rules but you don't have to be rude about it, especially when we were not breaking them read more
