Outstanding and while the portions look small-they are rich and creamy and are perfect for 1-2 people! I wish I didn't have to give a rating because I am no expert and just sharing my amateur observations of Blue Ledge Farm Camembrie Cheese. This is a very mild cheese. I get a whisper of the pungent, earthy flavor you get from Brie and Camembert. Also it is not very creamy (I have left it out on a warm summer day for 1/2 and hour and it was in my grocery bag 10 minutes before that.) The texture is a bit creamier or softer than a white American cheese. I won't buy it again, but I am sure there are many who will like it. read more
