6/2/2025. Stop once a week. This day I ordered a grinder because I was hungry. I didn't want cheese and I did want mayo. The lady looked at me and said, "that is the way we make them " I asked for packet of mayo and the guy at the register offered a cup up mayo. I really liked this spot. It isn't much to look at, but they had grab and go breakfast sandwiches (maple goodness) ready to go on a Monday morning, plus some freshly baked treats, and plenty of coffee options and other cold beverages. Beer selection was decent too. Visited twice and very friendly people working both times. They have a deli here too, but it was not open either time we stopped in, so check those hours. read more

We needed a sandwich as we started our long drive home. We were so lucky to stop here! Friendly folks here. We had a fabulous "Rachel and Ruban" sandwich with delectable pastrami, smoked turkey, and Swiss. Wow. We also bought some of their made-on-site chocolates for our pet-sitters at home, but got a few pieces for ourselves. They were also exceptionally good (I recommend the maple cream!). Also bought some brisket to take home and it was wonderful. We'll make a point of stopping here on future trips to the area! read more

Amazing little store. Nice people. All kinds of interesting things to check out. We stopped and tried their deli sandwiches. They are very large and they offer some very interesting combinations. The deli lady will accommodate specific requests if she can. The quality is superb! We have been back numerous times and have never been disappointed. We really enjoy the food here and nice people running the place. The one thing I noticed to be aware of is the deli appears to close at 2:00pm. on Saturday. We go back every time we are in the area. Oh. My. Word. Went at closing and only got to pick from their leftover end of day foods. Boy did I judge too soon. The deviled eggs, the very last ham and Swiss burger (omg I hate ham and this ham burger was godly!) and the CHEESE (a complex flavor I have never tasted) and their Apple strudel were all. Just. Amazing. Wow. Too bad this place is far out, but it adds to my opinion this is a true hidden gem! No exaggeration that this was the best ham sandwich and best cheese and possibly best deviled eggs I have ever tasted in my life. read more

This is a nice local corner shop that sells everything from sandwich to a small gift from VT. Keep in mind, majority of locals here are farmers, very hungry hard working farmers. So the size of sandwich is enormous. I actually made two meals out of it as I drove 7 hrs. Pulled pork sandwich was very moist and juicy, though if you don't like sweet BBQ sauce, be sure to add hot sauce before leaving the shop. People working here is very nice. This is also a common stop for bikers. There's also a gas station next door. read more

Fantastic general store! I wish I had this near me! The store is well stocked with local Vermont favorites. I was able to get my Green Mountain Coffee and some Maple Malted Milk balls! Also the sandwich I got from the deli was fantastic, the "Snakebite": smoked turkey, cheese, cucumbers, jalapeños and with spicy mayo! Heavenly! The service was friendly and kind! I am going to miss/crave this place back in CA! read more

I think they rely on tourists to make their money. Their alcohol variety sucks and is inconsistent at best. They can't seem to hold on to employees for very long. WTH! They cost at 5 pm EVERY night, even Friday and Saturday where they could advertise a family pizza/sandwich deal for all of the traffic that goes by there on a nightly basis. Closed Sundays. Great find on Yelp. They had six different varieties of malted milk balls loved the peanutbutter and maple balls the best. Didn't look like much on the outside but sure had a lot of good things on the inside. Great deli,had the smoked chicken salad and a pepperoni stick. read more

I'm a traveling salesman. The 4 Corners has among the best breakfast sandwiches in the state. I don't eat breakfast at home knowing I can stop 45 minutes later and have a bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin with maple syrup drizzled on it. They also make great hot and cold sandwiches for lunch. read more

This is a nice little country store that's quickly becoming a BBQ destination. I regularly drive 50 miles round trip for their BBQ. They have an assortment of breakfast items including a corned beef hash breakfast sandwich that is to die for and the first I've ever seen. Homemade doughnut's and a large selection of coffee's all tucked into an 1840s general store makes a stop at this store a must if you are in the area. read more

I visited this family run business in late September. I almost drove past but the sign for wine & chocolate had me make a U-turn! So glad I did, the products are really excellent and home-made. I have traveled to Memphis, Nashville, KC and I am from St. Louis, but these ribs are my favorite. Excellent cut - hardly any fat, the rub is not too spicy and the perfect amount of smoke. The only problem is they do not ship and I live 1,200 miles away. :( I shall return! read more

This small country store feels like a remnant from the past, set in the present, giving it a timeless quality that makes me return again and again. Not only that, but those who work at the store are always friendly and helpful, plus you will likely see a wholesome rural slice of Vermont just by watching the ebb and flow of people who come in. The brisket sandwich is my go to and is quite delicious. They smoke the brisket in their own smoker right on the premise along with pulled pork and cheddar cheese. The pulled pork is also fantastic but I seem to always have a hard time forsaking the brisket which I order simply on a soft fluffy bun without accoutrement because it is that good! Besides the brisket they have a bit of everything including homemade pastries and small mini donuts, pizza, cold cuts, clothing, sweets, drinks, you name it! If you are ever down in Addison it's worth a stop! read more

Here is a nice little country store / food shop that is worth stopping into if you are in the vicinity. They sell a little of this and a little of that - clothes, drinks, coffee. There is a deli counter where you can choose from a fairly varied list of sandwiches. What really prompted me to write this review is the smoked meat. You can see the smoker outside the shop, and inside there is pulled pork, and a really juicy, smoky brisket - some of the best I've ever had. It came in a very simple sandwich with tasty bread and a couple of slices of tomato and leaves of lettuce. Yum! read more
