Cole called back…read moreand said no problem, I showed up and the gym was clean and nice, the equipment in good shape, and friendly people everywhere. the class was well run and provided a good workout and covered technique as well. class size was big but there were plenty of instructors helping to keep the class moving and work with the students to ensure they were picking up the techniques correctly. it was a great experience to find a gym like this while visiting, I will return on my next visit to town.

I was treated as everyone else from the experienced seasoned martial art students to the noobies. When I thought I was going to pass out and die they encouraged me and told me I was doing a great job and that I could do it. They made me feel strong and capable. You've got to start somewhere and here they will encourage you to do the best you can. Even though this was the toughest work out I've ever experienced in my life I'm excited to come back next class and see how much further I can push myself. I appreciated how he had a patient and laid-back style of teaching, while still going over structured and well-organized content. The entire class took about 7 hours with three students. There was a good amount of hands on instruction in the classroom prior to going to the range. The range time was great! I had some limited experience shooting handguns prior to the class, so it was nice to have Jerad standing next to me, the entire time, providing coaching on how to handle the gun, trigger finger placement, breathing, etc... All in All, my wife and I both learned a LOT and feel more comfortable owning our firearms. I highly recommend this class to those of you that are new to handguns and want a strong beginner course.

Our daughter started her Taekwondo journey when she was 5 and we've been part of this community for about a year and a half.
