They are great with giving you designs that work for your unique space and suggest ideas and design tips you may have not thought of. I also love how they price their pools. They want everyone to have the same great pool experience no matter what their budget so they start with the same enterprise quality parts, shell equipment and warranty no matter what the size or design then go from that point to customize and the price goes up or down based on your wants and needs to customize past the basic important, powerful infrastructure materials. Next was the build. They came in under forecasted time and that was during pandemic when it was difficult to get permits approved etc - they got it done and beautifully- we've so loved our pool and so glad we had Venture build it. I cant finish this review without sharing Ventures's INCREDIBLY RARE HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are constantly checking to make sure the pool is performing as it should and 3 years later, if I have a question or a service need, they are quick to send someone over - AT NO CHARGE so far - to take a look and make sure all is working well and we are happy. Today, we are managing our own project, with misinformation…read more........... We have not been able to contact the owner, since he spoke to us to get the project started, several months ago. The project manager asked that an appointment be made and stated that he needed to be at the property, for the appointment. I provided the info to him, by text and orally. That appointment is today... I texted a reminder. An hour later, he still hasn't shown up, but has decided to text me instructions of what to tell the company. They have several questions... I cannot answer them. They are charging US by the hour... they are also having to do additional work because concrete was placed over the propane line; that's time that is tied to our dime. Prior to today: The kitchen was framed out, incorrectly. The volleyball net sleeve was not put in at the proper stage. They have concerns regarding whether or not they can provide the shades we paid for, in the manner promised. Our glass was shattered by the gunnite team, who swore it wasn't them (while I sat in the living room, watching). An irrigation line was hit by our propane company, which we paid to repair... another line was hit by Venture (who was notified) but the project manager decided to blame it on the propane company although they had not been on the property/in the area for several weeks. Trash is left everywhere... open food containers, soda cans, water bottles, fruit... we are picking items up daily, although we provided a trash can and there is a dumpster on-site. Good communication is based on clear communication and honesty, not just frequency. It's not a lesson I planned to have to teach. If I told you the cost... and you compared it to the service/process, you'd notice the insanity, immediately. The saying, "you get what you pay for", definitely does not ring true. In the event that a reply appears, countering the truth... I have photos and texts for ALL OF IT. HOMEOWNER BEWARE...

Project started great, project finished terribly. Once the pool/spa got refilled we noticed a leak in the spa. While we both agreed we can't 100% say it was them, they agreed to leak test it and help me resolve (I was willing to pay). They then went several weeks with no communication, I had to follow up with them just to be informed that they changed their mind about resolving the issue. Furthermore, the Stonescapes (plaster) on the pool has many rough spots and shotty tile finish. They were going to come back and fix but they never called me back to schedule or resolve (it's been 2.5 months since project finished). Conversations from ownership got very unprofessional at the end. Sad ending to what should have been a great experience. Bad call on ownership's part. In the end, I was left with a mediocre pool renovation and paid top dollar (most expensive bid I received). Wish I would have checked Yelp first - there's obviously a theme to these reviews. Now working with another local pool company to fix their errors.

I had originally contacted a different pool company that I had used for various other pool repairs…read moreand projects and gotten a quote for a pool cover. I had my pool measured and was trying to go forward with that order in September and then waited two months for the company to tell me that the third party company we have used is no longer returning phone calls...so started this venture for a new pool cover. Fortunately I went to Yelp and despite having limited reviews I called Pool Leaf and Safety Covers. Kirby answered and we scheduled an appointment for two days later. I liked what he had to say which was that we will custom measure and build your cover in the driveway and install it the same day! Talk about fantastic service!! And the price was $600 less than I had previously been prepared to pay. So between the service and the price we had a real value here. I was scheduled for December 12th for the install but they had an opening on December 6, so they installed it then. Even had a wind storm that blew leaves all over the cover that night and I was able to know I had saved myself an hour of scooping leaves. Give Kirby a call and save yourself some time, too!

We can't believe the product and how they have thought of every aspect - the material (which is sturdy), the hooks to secure it (which our flush with the ground and attractive), the ease of the install and removal process - we will not hesitate in recommending this company! We love the way it looks - the green that we chose does not look obtrusive in our yard; it blends right in with our yard. The cover and rack that it stores on isn't too large; we are able to store it inside of our garage. And we are happy that it comes with a 10-year warranty.
