My garage door cable had come off the drum and one wheel had come out of the track. I was presented with two choices: a $275 "temporary fix" or a $475 "permanent fix." I asked exactly what the temporary fix included and was told it simply meant putting the wheel back in the track and rewinding the existing cable onto the drum. No replacement parts were installed. Although I understand that companies charge for experience and expertise, $275 felt excessive for what I was told was simply reassembling the existing parts. What concerns me even more is the invoice I received afterward. It states that I declined new rollers, end bearing plates, center bearing, vertical tracks, and even a new garage door opener. That was not how the conversation was presented to me. I was offered only two choices--a temporary repair for $275 or a permanent repair for $475. I was never given individual estimates for each of those items or asked to make separate decisions about replacing them. When I contacted the company afterward to express my concerns, they responded by explaining their pricing policy but did not address my concerns about the invoice or whether the work performed justified the charge. The technician was professional and prompt, and I appreciate that. My dissatisfaction is with the pricing, the way the repair options were presented, and the documentation that appeared on my receipt afterward. If you're considering this company, I recommend asking for a detailed written estimate before authorizing any work and making sure you understand exactly what is being repaired, what is being replaced, and what will appear on your final invoice.

This time and I was properly notified when he was en route. We opted to replace both springs (replace as a pair of you have two) and all the rollers for their HD lifetime versions. The price was higher than expected, but fair considering their immediate response, knowledge, and I didn't have to order parts online and install myself. John weighed my door, checked the current spring specs and got us squared away pretty quickly. I believe in second chances and this experience was smooth from start to end. Great job!!!

No masks, no hand sanitizer anywhere in sight and a group of employees and patrons crowded up at the front loudly talking and laughing together with zero concern for distancing. People shopping can do what they please, but if a business doesn't even care enough about its customers and their health to put on something as simple and cheap as a face mask, they will not be getting my money. Not now, not ever, not even after the pandemic has passed. From what I've read about other customer service experiences at this place, it's halfway expected. No one asked me if needed any help or was looking for anything. Poor service and no concern for others. You're better off shopping online.

I gave them a chance to make it right but they ignored…read more I messaged them on a Sunday night. I had gotten a chip on a rental that was due back the next afternoon. I explained to them that I need to fix the chip so I don't have to go through a claim process with my credit card, because who wants to really go through claim processes? Nobody. He said no problem we can get this fixed for you in the morning before you return it. He came at 7am and sent me before and after photos. The "after photo" he texted me appeared as if there was no more visible chip so I figured mission accomplished. When I got in the car I was shocked. This was not fixed at all and actually looked worse than before because of the drilling he did. (Photos attached) So now I'm going through the claim process that I was trying to avoid and out hard earned dollars that they refused to refund.
