Since I have a "Latin" skin tone, the makeup made my face look too pale or "white". The eyelashes were overly large, and the colors should have complemented my skin tone instead of making me look completely different. I was very disappointed. I had an event in New York and couldn't go out looking like a total mess. I had to remove all the makeup and apply a lighter look at home. It was a waste of my money and time. Though technically it wasn't the massage therapist's fault, someone at the establishment, or the therapist herself, should have stepped in and asked the man to leave. When I went to pay (I still paid for my massage and left a nice tip despite all this) my massage therapist pointed to the man's room/cubicle and asked if that's why I was leaving. When I said yes, she kept saying "Sorry," over and over.
