We reached out to request a partial refund since the arrangement did not meet expectations. After some back and forth, the shop agreed to a $50 refund, but we never received it. We've since tried to follow up multiple times and have not received a response. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using this flower shop.

The scents are mostly floral, baked goods or fruity. There is a selection of electric candle warmers which are pretty cool. It feels less dangerous than a burning candle with a flame. You plug in the electric warmer and put the small tart shaped wax on top. The warmer melts the wax. The person working there (owner?) was very friendly and helpful. After making our purchase, she seemed so appreciative of our business. It was actually our pleasure since my family spent a bit of time browsing and being excited over the different scents.
