This florist & garden center is the best one ever. It's winter & it is a hard time to your planting. However, the staff were exceptionally kind & helpful. We opted to send a gift card to a friend that lost their son suddenly. Inside the gift shop were multiple flowers & memorial items which touched my heart . The plants were beautiful & healthy. We even found sympathy cards either a piece of artwork on them. Their prices are reasonable . We have shopped for flowers, vegetables & insect eggs such as praying mantis & soil. We will return in spring and purchase more plants . They are so healthy & thrive in our garden. My friend was thrilled to have the gift card & loves gardening ‍. I'm sure she will also become a fan of Ross Plants & Flowers. It's top notch! read more

I stopped to buy planter pots and flowers. The selection was wonderful and the flowers were beautiful; I even had one woman who was very helpful, showing me pots and flowers for my shaded patio. Then she was called away to perform other duties. After that, I felt like the scene in Pretty Woman where no one wanted to take her money. Another woman went off to find a price on a barrel planter and never came back. I stood around for a while until my baby started getting whiny and then moved on. I picked out a planter and some flowers but couldn't find anyone to help me so I left empty handed. Maybe it was an off day? I'll try again some other time. read more

I recently stopped by here after my parents mentioned they saw their stand at the local flower show and that it was chock full of fairy garden items. I have passed by this place many times, and had no idea of the size or scope. This is a full service floral delivery service and garden center all rolled into one. Service was excellent - I had no less than three people ask if I needed help. We were just browsing but they did have a nice little fairy garden section. They also had a fish pond inside where you could purchase goldfish for outdoor ponds. It was very early in the season, but it appears they carry a lot of annuals and I plan to visit again when the weather warms up a bit. read more

Wanted to say a huge thank you to Ross Plants and Flowers! Our wedding was planned for May 2020 but was postponed due to COVID-19. We decided to have a small ceremony with just our parents in May and have our big wedding later on. Even though we were in the midst of the beginning of the pandemic and it was a super last minute request, Ross's went out of their way to make a bouquet and boutinierre for us so that we could feel special on our wedding day! We used Ross for our wedding flowers this August. Keitha and everyone else at Ross Plants and Flowers were the most amazing florists we could have ever hoped for. We were getting compliments all night about our flowers. People say 'nobody remembers the flowers' but we can confidently say that won't be true for our wedding. They were truly breathtaking. They not only did the traditional flowers for us, but also an archway, aisle decor, provided everything for our unity tree ceremony and gave us endless advice and help. We really let them have free range with what they wanted to create (all we knew was we wanted succulents included) and I think that's a reason why our flowers turned out so beautiful. The florists here are true artists and their talent was made so obvious by the floral designs! They were prompt with response times and even let us make changes and additions the day before when we realized we needed tulle for the tent stands. Priced very fairly too! Could not recommend this shop more. read more

I used Ross Plants & Flowers for my wedding. They did an amazing job. I had a preliminary meeting with Keitha even before booking them to "play around" with flowers. As a visual person, this helped my decision when booking them. They were extremely nice and very budget conscious, which was important. The flowers turned out better than I had imagined! Everything was delivered on time the day of the wedding. Many of our guests at the wedding kept telling us that they loved the arrangements.
