We had our Sureline account on autopay and even though we cancelled in December and moved out in January with adequate 30 day notice we were charged $60 in late February before they finally turned off autopay. It is mid June and we still have not gotten a refund of February's payment and I am doubting we will ever will without going to small claims court. I've sent emails to Sureline every month asking for my refund, haven't had a response since April 11.

The service has, so far, been rock solid; I've not had any outages. The speed is OK without being great (I get a maximum of about 20mbps down). What sucks is the data caps, and the price therein. I find the idea of data caps in this day and age laughable. I'm having to pay $189 a month for 400Gb download, which is just about enough, though I am close to the cap every month (after which I'll pay an additional 50c per Gb), and I don't regard us as heavy users. Companies like this have been the only game in town for people in rural areas for a long time, so they've been able to price gouge. While they offer very pleasant service (they are a nice company to deal with), there's no escaping the fact that I'm being ripped off, but given my alternative is DSL at 1.5mbps, I've got no choice, and they know it. But as soon as Starlink expands to my area, I'll be off. Companies like this are quite rightly going to be killed as soon as proper competition comes along.

I only wish I had known about them sooner. They ROCK. The speed and reliability of the service are the best I have ever encountered. The internet itself is excellent, but what really sets Webformix apart is the company's GREAT attitude toward service. The staff is genuinely helpful, genuinely responsive, and genuinely super kind. That may sound simple, but it is not something I have often found in Bend, Oregon.... or really anywhere else in the United States. The people at Webformix seem to actually like helping people. Their service is immediate, and effective. I have honestly never seen anything quite like it. It almost seems too good to be true. But it is true. The internet service is the best I have ever had. The company is the best internet company I have ever dealt with. And, on top of all that, the price is lower than any internet service I have had before. Webformix has beaten every internet experience I have ever had, by a mile. It is excellent. I just want to spread the word and thank the company.

They generously reward customers for referring other customers to them. They are proactive and go out of their way to ensure their clients are satisfied and well informed. They will not try to sell service to you if the signal is inadequate, and that is very different from my experience with other companies like Tmobile, Century Link, and Spectrum. The set up and service costs are dramatically lower than starlink. I am so glad we made the move.
