Refuses to use a water truck to manage the site. Labor day weekend ruined because the site blew dirt all over the neighborhood. Too cheap to care. Could have had a water truck as required but more concerned about $$. The weather report showed dry high wind event so Latham should have been watering- but obviously cares more about $$ than community. My kids have asthma and are suffering. People were trying their best to get over in the other lane with out causing an accident. I though that if a dump truck was hauling something that it had to be covered up? I could be wrong.
