(That's me being nice.) It was pretty chilly outside. So there was a draft in the building. It took about a half hour to bring the hookah over. It didn't pull well. They were charging for new coals. But we were over it at that point. And all of this for $10/per person cover(2 of us), 1 $7 drink, and a $39 hookah! So a $70 check that also took them about 20 minutes to bring over. I'm not using a men's restroom that has no lock on the door in an seedy establishment like this. I immediately walk back to the front and ask the lady for my $10 back. She waves over this heavier set light skin dude with small braids or locs, and I asked him for the refund. He said they don't do refunds yet there's no sign at the entrance that says that & even if there was I've been in the building for less than 5 minutes, so why couldn't they accommodate the request when it's their fault for not having a working women's restroom or unisex bathroom with a locked door.
