Terrible establishment with terrible customer service. I drove 30 minutes to get to the lounge, so naturally I had to use the restroom when I arrived. I paid a $10 cover fee (Friday night) and walked straight towards the restrooms. I get to the restroom and the ladies bathroom has a sign that says out of order. I asked some girls that seemed to work there if there was another restroom I can use, and was told no & that I would have to use the men's restroom once the man that just entered comes out. I'm not using a men's restroom that has no lock on the door in an seedy establishment like this. I immediately walk back to the front and ask the lady for my $10 back. She waves over this heavier set light skin dude with small braids or locs, and I asked him for the refund. He said they don't do refunds yet there's no sign at the entrance that says that & even if there was I've been in the building for less than 5 minutes, so why couldn't they accommodate the request when it's their fault for not having a working women's restroom or unisex bathroom with a locked door. This is a cool hidden spot on Houston Levee! My friends and I purchased 2 booths for another's friend birthday. With the booth comes a tab, so were able to purchase food and drinks until we reached the amount we paid. The food was really good and seasoned well. We had hot wings and fish. They both came with seasoned fries which were also delicious! Staff at Ynot are super friendly. They checked on many times throughout the night. They made sure our area was clean, stocked with items we needed, and that we had something to drink. They even snuck in a dance or two with us! We ordered $122 of food. Emailed order confirmation was received. Delivery time in confirmation said 8:01 pm. At 8:15, we called them just to check in. They said they had no delivery driver tonight, and that they tried to call us, and they did not even apologize. - They lied - they did NOT try to call. No missed calls on the phone. - The $122 charge went through just fine. - We are at a large convention in Memphis. We got the menu from a pile of them that was placed at a table at our convention. Those menus are now in the garbage. We waited almost an hour from the time we ordered till we made that phone call. These people didn't care enough to bother reaching out to us. Cool spot! My friends and I popped in for Sunday brunch. But on a completely different note, my husband had gone to this spot the night before to smoke cigars with his friends. So the space can be used for multiple purposes. During our brunch, we had very reasonably priced food, and AWESOME mimosas! The staff was patient and friendly (because one friend had special dietary restrictions). I saw signs indicating live music on Saturdays, so we agreed that we'd pop in again on another day for the music. read more

Pretty cool spot for a Friday night! Got there around 5:30 and stayed for hours! We started and finished with a couple of happy hour cocktails and then moved to some things off menu like the "Oouuweee". We did have a hookah, the flavor was good but not as strong as I would like but it was still really smooth. My 4 star rating is coming from the fact that we waited a long time for our food which i am assuming was for the lack of staffing at that specific time. But the bartenders did give us updates without us having to ask and the tenders and fries were GREAT. They have nights dedicated to certain things so I'm sure I'll be back. read more

My friend made birthday reservations for us to eat brunch here. I arrived around 10:50 am and sat outside in my truck to wait for everyone to arrive. I notified her that several staff had arrived right at 11am, so we waited 10 additional minutes before going in. It didn't seem as if her reservation was logged, so they told us to just seat ourselves. I want to say that Zerra is an absolute sweetheart. She was very attentive to our party. In addition, she did her best to accommodate one particular person who was vegan. The mimosa craft is a great deal but could use just a bit more champagne. The prices for food are reasonable. There must have been a large event the night before as it appeared that several staff had to make runs to the Kroger up the street. I'm not sure how long they've been hosting brunch on Sundays, so maybe this explains a lot of the delays in food arriving. There are booths and high tables for seating. There are pool tables in the back of the space. The televisions broadcast several sporting events. There is also a nice music playlist going while you eat. Went here for brunch on a Sunday. We were there when they opened at 11 but waited a few minutes before going in since the staff arrived at 11. Other people who were not in our party was out there waiting but ultimately decided to go elsewhere which was unfortunate. My reservation didn't seem to be logged which wasn't a problem this time as there was no one else there. Note- this is a cigar bar so you will smell smoke. Hookah is also available. The menu was simple and if you are gonna get mimosas, the craft is the best option. They were very accommodating to my friend who is vegan which is greatly appreciated. Service was great. There is also a patio area that has heaters so when it starts to warm up, that should be a nice place to sit. There's also a huge mirror in the ladies bathroom area so if you forgot to take pics at home, you can just snap it up right there. Repeat customer. Hosted my birthday in July. Nice adult atmosphere. Wide range of speciality cocktails. The hot lemon pepper wings & the egg rolls are amazing...only recommendation would be to add a grilled chicken sandwich to the menu. Severs are very attentive. My husband and I visit often to take advantage of the daily happy hour specials including 15.00 hookahs. Can't beat that price!!! The Saturday DJ is and plays a variety of old school and r & b music. The outdoor patio has adequate seating with 2 TVs and fire pits. It's defiantly a vibe but with no worries of my safety. read more
