We had an emergency plumbing issue (aren't they all?) and we tried to get in touch with the plumbing company that we usually use. In the meantime, we decided to trust a Yelp and call BLUE Plumbing. Someone answered the phone after 8:00 p.m. and took our information. We had an appointment scheduled early the next afternoon. Randy L came, diagnosed the issue, called to give us a price and then actually found us a coupon to lower his quote. While he was there, we had him fix the other shower as well since both were installed at the same time. He again ended up charging less than his quote. When does stuff like that ever happen? Parts and service are warrantied for a year. We still haven't heard from our "usual" plumber but who cares? We have now gained a reliable, and fair, plumbing company in BLUE. I purchased a home. After moving in, found out the bathroom plumbing did not work. I was told the entire bathroom would have to be torn apart & pipes repaired.
