No one could be bothered to answer. I called their "365 days a year 24/7 emergency" phone number over 30 TIMES between 10pm and 1am and no one could ever be bothered to answer or return a phone call. They finally returned a phone call at 7am the next day. Absolute bullshit. I would Never recommend this company to anyone. We are stuck using them due to us being renters. Their customer service is also AWFUL being that when we asked about us calling their emergency line over 30 times they just said "oh okay." If I could i'd give them 0 stars.

They even took photos and showed me the cause of the leak! I was hesitant at first, BUT the new toilets I had installed just weren't powerful enough. We replaced the new toilets with more powerful flushing toilets, and a not single problem since then. My heart felt thank you to (the plumbers) Gene, Leo, Cam, and (the ladies in the office) Jessica and Sarah. They were also very reasonably priced. When it was an emergency call, they had a plumber out ASAP, when it wasn't an emergency, they still had the plumber out in a very reasonable amount of time. They will be my plumber going forward. They came out on a Friday to install shower hardware, balance and secure a couple of toilets, and fix a leaking toilet gasket. Unfortunately, the situation was mishandled from start to finish. The plumber installed the shower hardware but only after the fact did he inform me that the pipe was misaligned (which he blamed on the tiler) and that he "had to make it work." In doing so, he chipped the brand new tile that was just installed, and his solution? He colored it in with a blue Sharpie. Yes, you read that correctly. And instead of alerting me before doing this damage, he waited until everything was done and there was nothing I could do about it. As for the toilets, despite assuring me that he had fixed and balanced them, they are still wobbly and unstable to sit on. Lastly, he told me he couldn't fix the leaking gasket because he didn't bring the correct part. So essentially, I was paying for someone to leave things in worse shape than they were when they arrived. To make matters worse, when I called the company the Monday morning to address these issues, I was met with rudeness and complete lack of professionalism. The woman on the phone sarcastically told me that she doesn't know why the plumber didn't take photos, "because she isn't a plumber." Since when is taking accountability exclusive to plumbers? On top of that, she told me they haven't even sent me the invoice yet, so they couldn't "do anything until later." While I understand Water Works Plumbing has some good reviews, this experience speaks volumes about how they handle mistakes and customer care. Whether I got a bad plumber or not, the dismissive treatment I received afterward guarantees I will never be using their services again. Proceed with caution.

Their website very completely and accurately outlines their work and I was most comfortable with my first impression. It was a true bonus when their quote was half the price of the other three. This was a complete whole home re-pipe following a total failure of the original (1986) copper pipe (beneath the slab) installation. Just getting home repairs in this area is a challenge now due to the recent devastating Hurricane and I contacted seven companies to get four to visit and bid. My previous 'go-to' plumbing co couldn't take on a job of this scope. The expertise of this 5 man crew was wonderful to see and they were truly a team. They all knew exactly where and what to do. They completed and tested their work in a half of a day. This was on a Friday before President's Day weekend and on Tuesday (after city's inspection) their Drywall Crew expertly replaced All of the Many removed panels. Drop-cloths to cover everything followed by vacuum cleaning. This was a difficult project in an open, vaulted ceiling custom designed home with Very Limited attic available. The quality of their work and use of strictly first-class materials (all with solid 30 Year Warranty's and two year labor) confirmed my choice of them from the other recommended (by friends & family) local establishments who bid the job for me.
