Nick went above and beyond for us. He was diligent and persistent in communicating with Suzuki on our behalf, even when the process dragged on for several months. His patience, expertise, and determination ultimately paid off: he was able to coordinate a full replacement of the engine, which had been deemed unrepairable. He told me he would do his best to get it repaired and it would take a couple of days instead I received a call an hour later saying that the parts were on its way. that was Thursday Friday morning I received a call saying the boat was finished.
