I seriously hurt myself and insisted they write a store report of the incident and give me a copy. They wrote the report but refused giving me a copy. I was in pain and needed to get home to rest.. At the time, I was almost 73 and he told me his father fell at about the same age and was never the same until he died 5 years later. He told me to keep in touch with him. In February, 2014 I sent a letter to engage with him to somehow make some effort to resolve my fall. It fell on deft ears. I never heard back from him. Now I am 76 and my shoulder and left hip and leg have serious problems. I can barely lift my left arm, that was used to brace my fall. And my groin was strained when I slipped on the ice and twisted my ankle. I am a retired, disabled Veteran and Mr. Passantino is not a person of his word. He is not a good person.
