When they came out, I was disappointed to see that they were shoestring style fries, since shoestrings are typically a bit too crispy/overcooked for my liking, but I must say, these were the best shoestring fries I've ever had. The garlic parmesan seasoning put it right over the top. They were also the perfect crispy outside, tender inside that I love in a French fry. Again, shoestrings usually aren't tender inside, but these were. This is a great little restaurant just a short distance from the lake house we stayed at. If/when we return to Warsaw, we will be back!
