Whole team of decorators you'll see fine tuning lighting, flower arrangements, final things with true care and artist's perfectionism till guests arrive. Amazing detail, impressive flexibility with last minute needs we always manage to throw their way the day-of. Food is not banquet food, truly. Always excellent. A few times we have had a "world food station-based" type of dinner event I myself would opt for every time. The Mediterranean station had these simple but perfect bite-sized options all stacked into a tower, and the Asian fusion corner included a visiting sushi chef with his assistants.
