Hilary responded promptly to my email request and was happy to oblige this week. She took care to explain the brushing and saddling process, took her around the ring teaching as she went, and then had her take care of her horse after the ride. I appreciated her attention and care with my daughter- she was really great. It was a lovely farm - we even saw a Doe and her two fawns, as well as a turkey while riding. There was no phone number listed on the website or in the emails, so we had no way to contact anyone to figure out what was going on. Four hours later, we received an email claiming they had previously emailed us (we never received anything) and that there had been an emergency with the trainer. While emergencies happen, the response didn't feel sincere, and the complete lack of communication in the moment was frustrating. This was supposed to be a highlight of our trip, but instead, it was a huge letdown. Given the positive reviews, we expected much better. If you're considering booking here, be warned--there seems to be a serious lack of reliability and customer service. We won't be trying again.

We randomly drive to this place and just ask out the window if we could feed some horses... to our surprise we were met with smiling faces and even given a tour of the barns!!
