They are both very friendly people and Laura cares greatly about the horses. Our trail guide was Molly, a young woman who boards her horse at the farm and does competitions. Molly was extremely friendly and carried my camera the entire ride so she could take photos of my boyfriend and I. The horses are extremely well-trained and great for my boyfriend who was riding a horse for the first time. The pricing is very reasonable at $40 per person per hour. Even though we were 15 minutes behind schedule, we weren't rushed at all and Molly even went over the hour limit. It was a very gorgeous ride through the property of the farm - woods & field. There was no phone number listed on the website or in the emails, so we had no way to contact anyone to figure out what was going on. Four hours later, we received an email claiming they had previously emailed us (we never received anything) and that there had been an emergency with the trainer. While emergencies happen, the response didn't feel sincere, and the complete lack of communication in the moment was frustrating. This was supposed to be a highlight of our trip, but instead, it was a huge letdown. Given the positive reviews, we expected much better. If you're considering booking here, be warned--there seems to be a serious lack of reliability and customer service. We won't be trying again.
