He got guidance from LiftMaster. After installation, numerous problems with gate alignment and function. After one visit which did not correct the problem, he stopped replying to my emails. After two weeks, gates totally locked in open position. Troubleshooting by phone with LiftMaster corrected one problem but other problems beyond homeowner capability. Not recommended for gate openers. Did a nice job on garage door openers. Stick with that. He's very diligent about sending bills and payment reminders though.
