They knew how to install my charger when I bought my first Tesla...connected it into the panel, ran the wiring where I wanted it, set up my WiFi, provided me with the IRS form so I could get a tax rebate, and cleaned up afterwards (they even brought their own dustpan and whisk broom!). I called and An appointment was scheduled, promptly, for the next day. Our service technician was Leo, who was very courteous and knowledgeable. He performed a diagnostic check on the unit and after a short period of time, had it performing perfectly again. He took photos to show the problem to be a loose connection, most likely from the manufacturer. The upstairs is now cool again. I really appreciated Leo's kindness and explanation of the problem!
