I would give zero stars if I could! Chris Bell sold my 80…read moreyear old mother a home that he neglected to repair adequately after my home inspector found a leaky valve in the crawl space. My realtor had a technician on site ready to accomplish this necessary repair. However, Chris Bell refused to allow my technician to stop this leak but had one of his incompetent workers try to stop this leak who wasn't a professional plumber. Ten months later, this leak became much worse. The repair invoice from the plumber states shoddy work and a valve installed incorrectly by workers hired by Chris Bell caused this leak to return. The $400 repair bill I paid the plumber doesn't include the $2500 water bill for the month of December alone. The plumber also told me that a bigger concern is that the water meter for the house on 4th North Street is actually on 5th street and my water goes through an old rusted pipe across the backyard. Chris Bell never disclosed this fact. The plumber stated that a new water meter needs to be put in on 4th Street near my home and a new water pipe from there to the back of my home. Chris Bell did not respond after I texted him. When I spoke to him on the phone, he took no accountability. I would not do business with him again ever! The attached pic shows the standing water in my crawl space. Moreover, Chris Bell didn't even replace a clogged drain in the washroom causing hundreds of dollars in water damage to the new laminate floor. There is nothing "Elite" about this group!

Weems had conducted limited area survey, so I contacted them to ask questions about distances from center of road, utility right of ways, setbacks, ect. or new survey. I call 4 different days the office staff was pleasant each time but each time "Oh he's not in yet I'll have him call you" "You just missed him I'll have him call you" and so on. At lease I didn't get "Bless your heart". Even if you are too busy to do the job return the phone call and refer the costumer to someone.
