I would rate a zero if I could. Thankfully not under their management anymore but they are rude to…read moresay the least. They do not address issues very promptly. They also hire shoddy repairmen to fix issues one of which was the property manager's ex-husband...tell me there isn't possibly something shady going on with that. Flooring in my apartment has been replaced three times (subflooring included) and is now in the same shape, if not worse than right before repair. There is a problem underlying but they were too cheap to look into it. We even lost pest control services for a few months because they couldn't even pay the fee for that. Last insult was them sending a "bill" through their portal to every tenant for $250. The description in the message was "OWNER HELD SECURITY DEPOSIT". This was in the middle of a transition to a new owner and management company. I have confirmed that the new owner was not requiring additional security deposits from the current tenants and they had no knowledge of this. Even if the new owners did require this, they were not going to be managing the property anymore so we shouldn't have been required to pay it to them. Shady? Yes...we are checking into this. They are slumlords and that is being kind. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you need your property managed and if you are looking to rent and they manage the property...RUN!!!!

Thanks to her help we were able to find our house in one trip and put in an offer. She kept us updated on our trip back to Michigan and we were able to finalize our offer by the 4th day. Things were a little stressful handling it all from Michigan but they did everything they could to make the whole process easier. They even were able to connect us up with an insurance broker, home inspector, and more from the area (they all were fantastic.) When we came down to close they made sure everything was ready for us at closing. Plus they even surprised us with a house warming gift. During the last two years some of their student tenants started playing extremely loud music way beyond legal limit through loud speakers that they use at their front porches, they drink alcohol outdoor, shout, scream, litter empty beer cans, urinate in public and party late night, sometimes until 3:00 AM, they party about five days a week. We have contacted this management company multiple times and asked them to talk to their tenants to reduce the noise but to no avail. We are unable to enjoy living at our residents because if these nuisance tenants, our windows, doors, and walls pound and shakes when they play their music even when the windows and doors are shut, the sound bass pressure is the most annoying factor. We have called the police on these tenants over 200 times during the last two years, but as soon as the police leaves they will raise the amplifiers volume and the shouting returns. These tenants signed a clause in the lease that sets behavioral and sound standards to ensure a peaceful living environment for all residents and neighbors, however they have violated the clause and the management company didn't stop them. "Quiet Enjoyment" is a legal right that guarantees tenants the ability to use and live in their rental property peacefully, privately, and without unreasonable disruption. We have recorded outdoor videos that shows how extreme the noise is. We have filed complaints to the Department of Justice and other government agencies hoping to stop this madness. We hope that this company act and talk to their tenants to reduce this madness.
