The gym makes us pay to go to FL. To attend the National by pay the fee to get attendance. after we stay in this program for three years my daughter never gets treated fair. So, we left and what they did to my daughter in the last time had cost my daughter to not want to play volleyball ever again. Shame on you Alec and Shawna.

It's easy to start a team or to join as an independent player, the level of player is diverse (with plenty of room for folks new or out of soccer shape), and the general vibe is merry. Pros: - incredibly helpful customer service (go Vanessa!) - easy to join - reasonable price (~70.00 per person if a free agent, less if you make a team) - consistent location (at least for soccer) Cons: - website is a bit stiff to work with - ref experience is generally fine but can vary (all the refs are pleasant but not all are great at calling the game) Personal fit: - you'd need to check the league timing to see whether the days/times work for you - 1 to 2 games per week (7 v 7 sometimes 2, 11 v 11 usually just 1) - I sometimes wish the games were a little longer... (7 v 7 is 25 minute halves) - the style is laid back - it gets competitive but some folks may want more competition than the league will offer - the skill level varies but is very friendly to new/out-of-shape players - some folks may want a more competitive league - minimum of extra rules (e.g., no macho rule) - I love this but may frustrate folks looking for league-restriction of skill level or play style Highly recommend you give the league a try if you think it fits your style.

I was there recently for a rained out game vs. the epically-named Walla Walla Sweets, and even though the game never even got started we still had a great time! I've also attended many fun (and sunny) games in the past, usually on $2 Tuesday when you can buy a second ticket for just (you guessed it) two smackeroos. One of the least mentioned things about attending a Bells game is that they seriously have the most impressive tap list I've ever seen at a sporting event. Yeah, there's a guy selling the cheap stuff too - but just past him you'll find taps (and cans) of many classic local and regional brews. When's the last time you saw Iron Horse Brewery's Irish Death on tap at T-Mobile Park in Seattle? I'm just sayin'. By the way, even though our game against the very entertaining Sweets was rained out I'll still go again - because I can use my "rained out" ticket stub at a future game to get in free. How cool is that? Go Bells!

General admission does include grassy area and bleacher seating along the first and third bases. VIP seating includes waiter service. Seating areas can be reserved for private groups and will be marked appropriately. If you plan on attending $2 Tuesday, consider coming a little early. Tickets do occasionally sell out. Be considerate of neighbors when parking. Nobody likes to come home and be unable to park. Also, mind parking laws. Parking on crosswalks, in front of mailboxes, and very close to STOP signs really isn't a good idea. If you buy the wrong size apparel from the team store, they will allow you to exchange sizes. No returns. Prices are a little high; items are good quality. Some of the concession stand food is lacking. Don't waste money on the veggie burger. For $7, burger only, it actually really is quite pitiful. $2 Tuesday concession items for $2 include a hotdog, nachos, large fountain pop, and select beer.

(ERA produces spectacular coxswains!!) The Snohomish River estuary is FULL of wildlife and there's a three-mile, dog-friendly walking path by the boathouse. The parent community is AMAZING. The Boosters manage an award-winning food trailer at traveling regattas - and I've heard they've got a coffee stand, too! Another neat thing about ERA is that it's full of boomerang-ers (kids who rowed as juniors come back to row as Masters, coaching staff were champion rowers at ERA and in college, etc.) It's the best deal around for a rowing club (1/3 the cost of other clubs in the region) and the community is unparalleled. It truly is a sport for all ages. Last I heard, members range in age from 12-83!!
