I would definitely go back and consider buying from them under the condition I did not need to interact with Bob.

Unknowingly, I was charged for the higher original price which was not realized until later. I decided to let this pass. The second time I went there, a rug of interest had two tags. the second tag was a discounted price from the original. I accepted the lower second tag price and did not realize until later that they had charged me for the original price. When confronted on the phone of this discovery, the owner denied that there were two price tags. I have a picture of the rug where the two tags were ripped off the rug leaving the plastic tag holders in the carpet. As a result of these two experiences, I would not recommend this gallery.

We have been looking online at cle tile, etc. but since we happened to be driving by this store in Chestnut Hill, I thought we could see some tiles in person, and see if there was anything interesting we were missing. Salesperson was incredibly condescending and talked down to us, to the point where I became so uncomfortable we made an excuse and walked out abruptly. (I want to add this is just the one salesperson that was unpleasant. We did not interact with the others.)
