Every year our rentals never…read morehave enough so this year I hit the numerous thrift stores around town to not waste money on items I plan to leave or donate anyway. First, such sweet people work/volunteer here! All of the ladies were welcoming and hospitable. They were even giving out bags of holiday candy. This is a decent sized store with tidy organization and clear departments. I only looked through bakeware as that's what I needed but they had a lot of clothes downstairs and a separate formal wear department upstairs. In another room downstairs are housewares, decor, toys, sporting items, and all other misc stuff. I got help from the ladies on the floor and I did find a baking dish I could make work for my holiday chocolate rum cake. At checkout, they helpfully informed me of all the happenings surrounding the store and sweetly discussed the resident betta fish on the counter with my son. A very positive vibe, and kind welcoming people.
