Secondly he had award winning designs for building, and third architects on demand! The last was most important as we interviewed teams that did not have a draftsman or architect, Jekyll demands plans. Well I said he was patient, I'm retired interior designer, so everything has to be scaled to the tenth degree, we went through 6 months of planning, the design team accommodating, and understanding we had many small requirements, needless to say taking a 1960s 3 bedroom ranch, and making a 5000 sq foot SANTA BARBARA inspired Spanish Revival on Jekyll in less than a year is impressive, we're almost done, I'll update later, but meanwhile I'll give you a b4 and almost finished update, Truly an amazing makeover!
