Doesn't get any better than this for parents of toddlers with speech delays.. RiteCare is…read moresponsored with funds raised by the Scottish Rite. Their services are FREE. They do ask for donations for their cause which are tax deductible,,,this is a non-profit organization. They have very skilled pathologists situated in a very family friendly environment. Their therapists not only know what they are doing, they are really good with kids. They also offer a parent education class for parents to apply the needed skills for the other 23 hours in the day when your child isn't at therapy. This really acts like a turbo boost to your chid's speaking capabilities. This is a very well run organization that really deserves the donations for its cause. You can see the results of their efforts. Can't say enough good things about them.

She is warm and downtown earth and we started seeing improvement immediately and I think it's because Jackie knew exactly where and what would work best for him. After each session Jackie spent a lot of time letting me know what she and Haider work on,how is progress was coming along and what we could do at home to help him.I am so thankful from all her hard work on him with different games ,and always make the session full of fun that he never get bored .now he is 6 and very different boy where he was when we started ,before with pointing no speech and no interest .Last week was his last session with Jackie he graduated with outstanding work which he was so excited about it . Minette was recommended to us by the neuropsychologist who tested and wrote my child's evaluation…read more She worked with one of my children who has a dyslexia/dysgraphia diagnosis and then worked with my other child who was struggling with organizing writing. In total, our family has worked with Minette for just over eighteen (18) months. Minette's has an incredible ability to connect with my children. She built rapport and trust, she's honest and engaging. She is able to skillfully walk students (and parents) through testing data and explain what it means. She focused on my children's strengths and uses them to develop their areas of weakness. She's kind, clear, and firm and was just so competent at getting my children to buy in to working very (very) hard and being able to see their gains and improvements. Our successes with Minette: With my dyslexic child--she saw Minette 2x/week. I typically took my child to tutoring during the school day for her sessions with Minette. She started tutoring in January of 1st grade, struggling to read and unable to produce (phonemic) written work--lots of great writing, but nothing that we could read. At the end of first grade she was able to sound out words and read (at level D/E), and do some phonetic writing. At the end of 2nd grade, my child was reading at level M (upper end of grade level) and expanded her writing ability. Most importantly, she learned self-advocacy skills and strategies for reading/catching errors/self-checking and early strategies for writing. The self-checking skills are critical b/c it helps my child understand that mistakes will happen, they need to be caught and corrected, and then you keep on going. With my child who was struggling with writing--she did a few assessments, reviewed some writing samples, and listened to some school history, then crafted several sessions focused on how to organize ideas, how to construct sentences, paragraphs, etc (and punctuation/grammar). After his second session, I received an excited email from his teacher, "[Student] wrote a full page during writing time. It was well written!" Typically, this child would struggle to eek out two sentences. Minette is a highly-capable and dedicated Speech and Language Pathologist. She is able to develop, execute, and communicate an intervention plan and keep everyone moving forward and goal-focused. I have recommended her to many families and their experience has been similar to mine. Thank you so much for supporting our family, Minette!

My husband is very supportive and did research on speech therapy for me, and found Minette. I am so thankful. I was extremely nervous upon our first meeting but that quickly went away. Minette made me feel instantly comfortable and at ease. I worked with Minette weekly for about six months and made huge strides in understanding my speech. learning about stuttering, how your mouth and tongue muscles all work together to speak was eye opening. The biggest take aways for me were techniques to relax muscles that tense while I read out loud. (I have two young children I read to daily) And also being comfortable and accepting my speech imperfections was huge for me. I highly recommend Minette. She is so down to earth, easy to talk to, and really cares about helping you.

Was a 5 star, they helped rehab my broken leg, arm/shoulder, and lower back after surgery issues…read more Got an email Friday before Xmas. Closing, with a yellow pages list of possible PT clinics. Note: Mosaic closed Adult therapy, all other clinics are open for pediatric care only. So, thanks for letting me know, so I can schedule my total knee replacement rehab. Not much time window since that's on 1/2/19. Ongoing issues? Adults are shown the door with yellow pages. Pediatric care continues at other clinics. Is that age discrimination? Being cast aside mid treatment for neuropathy makes doubt the efficacy and necessity of said "therapy". Thanks Mosaic, it was good, but you've changed. Bad management and greed is a bad recipe for success.

Here's the deal…read more I'm an active guy who gets myself into a lot of trouble. I worked full time hours at an amazing (and busy) cafe in Kirkland and it got my neck into all sorts of weird because I'm tall and the counters in the cafe, well, they weren't. I was hesitant to reach out to any physical therapy because I had previous experience with PT back in Boise that was less than sweet. But my neck pain reached a point where I needed to try. By chance, Mosaic was within walking distance of my apartment. It blew my mind that PT could be what Mosaic was. The staff was overtly friendly and, most importantly, invested in dynamic treatment that involved exactly what and how I was feeling each day. And they were kind enough to laugh at all my bad jokes, which is a huge plus. I receive treatment for my neck for about three months at which time I'm discharged, as it were. I have exercises and recommendations to move forward with instead of just being "done" and "good luck!" So, then my active guy trouble-making hits its stride in late July, 2016, when I dislocate my shoulder. I'm out of town when it occurs, go to the local hospital, and that next morning, I call Mosaic to schedule rehabilitation. They get me an appointment the same week, they test my full range of motion, and they welcome me back like it's a family reunion. Not kidding. The community at Mosaic is absurdly awesome. Any business could learn something from this place when it comes to genuine service. Last week, I went and played disc golf again without a problem. I started a bodyweight exercise program and due to the excellent care, my shoulder feels great. I'm still doing cuff and strength exercises a few times a week, exercises that were given to me as continued therapy after I was discharged. And then there's Tasha. Tasha might be the best PT in the Pacific Northwest. She's damn good at what she does and there was never a moment in either of my PT schedules to Mosaic that I felt uncomfortable or as though I was liable for re-injury. On one of my last PT sessions, knowing that one of my goals was to throw an ultimate disc without trouble, she brought a disc into the office and we practice motion with different throws. THAT is personalized care and that shows class and dedication. Now, if you've made it this far, you might be thinking "okay guy, you seem biased. how much are they paying you." Quite the opposite my friend. I paid THEM to laugh at my bad jokes. But, in fairness, I should list some downsides to Mosaic. I think that's only fair. So, here are the downsides to Mosaic: 1. They are flexible and work with your schedule. (If only they would cancel other people's appointments for me. Sheesh) 2. They always smile. (I mean come on, smiling again? It's Monday) 3. They won't schedule you for more sessions than you need. (Seriously? I love paying way more money than I need to. Jerks) 4. They forced me to bring in coffee. (Well, I mean, it may be more like I volunteered to bring in coffee, but still, what the hell) So I hope that balanced it out for you. If it didn't, and it's still skewed way in favor of working with this amazing family and community at Mosaic, well, good. You may want to go be reckless like me just so you can experience what I'm talking about. Disclaimer: Don't be reckless.
