It is unfathomable how a patient can do everything right, attending every annual checkup, completing mammograms yearly, and undergoing precancer screenings with clean results, only to be diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer that has spread to her bones. At her last primary care visit just months ago in April, her levels were supposedly fine. When she voiced genuine concern that something was deeply wrong and suspected cancer, her physician completely dismissed her. Fast forward to a hospital visit this past Saturday due to severe back pain, and yesterday we received this life-altering diagnosis. This level of negligence, dismissal of a patient's instincts, and failure to catch something so severe until it reached Stage 4 is beyond unacceptable. Kaiser Permanente completely failed a long-time patient who trusted them with her life. If you expect healthcare providers to actually listen to your concerns, look elsewhere.

I arrived at 0800 to find a line waiting to be checked in, took about 20 mins for the wait time just to check in. Once all that was completed, I had to wait in the lobby until 9am when I was finally called back. By this time the lobby was full and people were having to wait outside. Was sent back to lobby by physician to check out and wait on my paperwork at 940am By the time I left the facility it was already 945am. Took almost 2 hours to get two things completed: urine drug screen and physical. While the ladies checking people in were doing their best the keep up, it appear as though the bottleneck was in the back. Everyone was really nice and very apologetic about the situation as they attempted to deescalate issues with the waiting time. Personally when it comes time to getting these preemployment services done, my expectations remain low.

Was made to get cpap compliance with MILD osa and given 30 days to get more tests. So I was told to bring in my sleep study and I would get my card if it was mild or given a chance yo comply. I bring it in and was made to pay for another physical and was denied again. They wanted more tests. They won't get more out of me. I don't think they realized it was a financial struggle to.pay for another physical so I can become employed again. And then deny me after raising the bar. There's no more to give.

One PA was frustrating, and scheduling isn't always smooth, though the gals at the front desk are super nice every time we can reach them. In long Last spring, my lovely bride had a massive stroke, and has seen the orthopedist, pain management doc, and spine specialist here. The pain management doc moved to another office this year, and we'll see her again shortly. One quick outpatient procedure last year was a waste of time because the PA just hurried through it. The orthopedist had been called out for an emergency surgery. We repeated that proc a couple months later with the actual MD and it was super effective. Lots of reviews mention how tough it is to schedule here, and sometimes the phones do leave you wondering if you'll ever get through to a human. Once you do, though, they follow through and stuff gets done, at least in our experience. The facility is nice enough for sure. Decent amount of parking, clean and bright. It's surprising to find a medical facility that does not have automatic doors for wheelchair users, but then again, this is not the only one. Those doors are evidently way more expensive than we might think. Overall we're happy with the care here and will continue to be seen.

In long After having a stroke last year, my lovely bride loses her voice occasionally. We came in for an eval and followed the signs to accessible parking. No elevator. Dr Litvack is on the third floor. Up the ramps we push, and over the catwalks and through the maze. Okay. We're not TOO late, and they honor the appointment. After a few minutes, the friendliest person in Snohomish County calls us back. Kayleigh must be high in the running for friendliest statewide, too. She goes through all the check-in stuff and she and my wife are chatting like old friends. Dr Litvack comes in, warm and attentive. Great listener, thoughtful in her explanations. She finishes the eval, changes an rx, makes a referral to speech therapy. Everything feels very expert and assuring. We have a follow-up, and I'm not looking forward to that ramp, but it's great to have her on the care team.
