My friend told me about Pet Parlor and I was amazed to find their per day prices were almost half of my vet. My vet is only opened Monday thru Friday And Pet Parlor is also open till noon on Saturday. These were the reasons I started using them as my Jacks boarding spot. We haven't left him there since Thanksgiving and yesterday the owner called. "We were all talking about Jack and since he's not been in for awhile, we were concerned." It put joy in my heart that they were checking in on my 4 legged 'son'! These folks have a love for their 4 legged 'customers' and their owners! It's a great business with caring and a loving staff.! Jack's tail is wagging non-stop when I pull up to Pet Parlor as he's happy every time he's there for either Doggy Daycare or overnight stays! You and your pet won't be disappointed!

She had lost weight. The cameras went out several times and I had to call about them not working. My dog had to go for emergency treatment after I picked her up but ended up dying a week later. My dog was perfectly fine when I dropped her off but died a week after being picked up from this horrible place. No one should ever use this facility if you care anything about your pet. These people should not even be in the business of boarding animals because they don't care about your pets.

During my dog's first grooming appointment, I was charged an amount that I later learned I was overcharged. When I raised the issue during a subsequent visit, I was initially told that no one knew what I was talking about. To the company's credit, the matter was eventually addressed, and I was provided with a gift card to compensate for the overcharge. However, what concerns me most is what happened afterward. I continued bringing my dogs to the groomer and completed multiple appointments without being informed of any problems or concerns. Then, when I called to schedule another appointment, I was suddenly told that the groomer was no longer "comfortable" servicing my dogs and that the grooming manager or owner would need to explain the situation. I was never informed of any issues during prior visits, nor was I given any opportunity to address concerns before being effectively turned away. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism left me confused and disappointed. However clearly I can find other services. I believe customers deserve clear communication, consistency, and honest explanations when service decisions are made. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Beware.

My sister made a reservation for Maxie and the mobile van showed up to pamper and clip the shaggy dog. The young lady, Olivia, arrived on time. Not knowing what to expect, I asked Olivia to let me know what she will be doing. Maxie will get a bath, full body haircut, nails trimmed, and hair between the paws trimmed. I walked Maxie to the mobile van and went back inside my house. Two hours later the doorbell rings and a groomed Maxie is waiting to come inside. Maxie looked and smelled great.
